Om boendet

Great value! Great location! Located walking distance to downtown Hill City!

  • Beautifully updated home in the perfect location for exploring the Black Hills and Hill City! Walk downtown or hop on the 110 mile Mickelson trail system just a few blocks from the house! You will be delighted by the clean, bright open space and low cleaning fee!

With a modern kitchen, two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, this vacation home is perfect for a family or two couples that want to enjoy all that the Black Hills have to offer and relax and enjoy the evenings.

This home boasts an additional bonus area with futon, washer and dryer, two sitting areas and a large back deck with gas grill.

The Villa is located just up the hill from the 1880 steam train depot and museum. You can wave at the tourists on the train as it rolls into the station but rest assured, the train won’t wake you from your slumber. It only runs a few times a day and is barely heard from inside the house! It’s sure to be a highlight of your stay!

The Villa is not a good fit for large groups or anyone traveling with a big rig (off street parking is required by the city-please inquire before booking if you have a camper, trailer, etc.).

This rental is for the entire main floor of the home. A basement with completely separate entrance is not included in this rental and is reserved for use by owners.

This home is equipped with security camera directed towards the front door.
