Although our flight was delayed and we arrived the next day, the staff was incredibly helpful and cooperative when I called to hold our reservation. “Really, everything. But it starts with staff who care & take a little pride in the work. I should have asked the morning guy his name, super helpful at check-in and during our visit. Very clean. Not far to Lackland AFB & a number of eateries, plenty of options. We were in a large room with a walk-in shower, pretty nice. Two King beds! Had 8 in for a brief gathering, plenty of room, but some have to stand or sit on a bed, not at all bad. Outstanding coffee. It's a fresh vibrant blend, Lavazza....
