“Everything was good. I feel the valet could be more welcoming when you first get there. No one came over to my car when I pulled in. I had to park to the side, get out of my car, and ask what the parking procedure was. That happened both times I have stayed there.”

“The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.”
