âThe hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.â
âWe had lounge access with our booking however the hotel was very busy with a number of events. The manager in recognition upgraded our room and provided in room service. The following day the deputy manager helped me and my wife with a harbour cruise and provided a complimentary evening meal. The hotel made our stay so special and I thank the hotel manager and deputy manager for spending the time with us and helping to make our stay a great one. â
