“Fräscht hotell i Midtown nära till många sevärdheter. Bra service, tyst rum. ”

“Well my biggest complaint is that the wifi was terrible, unusable for work I would argue. Noise from the bustling city was pretty high, didn't bother me really as I was prepared fornit, being at such a central location. Hotel is really nice and clean, will be better once the restaurant and bar is open (as well as the proper entrance I guess). Complimentary coffee in the morning lobby was a pleasant start of the day as the coffee was surprisingly good 👍 Had a pleasant stay.”

“We stayed for three nights at citizen. Great location near Times Square, great rooftop bar facing Broadway. This is kind of a "modern" hotel where you have to check-in yourself at a computer, an i Pad in the room that controls everything etc, but it worked fine for us.”

“Hotellet var precis som bilderna och beskrivningarna visade. Små rum men de hade allt man behövde. Sköna sängar. Ventilationen lät en del men inget som störde oss. Gratis kaffe/te i restaurangen. Underbar Rooftop.”

Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who provided excellent service throughout my visit. “We had the Sky View Room and it didn’t disappoint. Great view over Empire State Building and all other skyscrapers around the building. The hotel has a great location, nice vibe and the room was clean. Probably coming back next time in NYC. ”

“Ligger perfekt mitt i smeten, tunnelbana runt hörnet. Bra frukost med trevlig personal. Stora rum som dock blir lite för mörka eftersom möbler och matta är mörka.”

“Bekvämt boende för en familj på tre, hyfsat stort rum med praktisk köksdel. Förvånansvärt tyst. Bra AC vilket uppskattades då det var värmebölja under vårt besök. På hotellets 22:e våning finns uteplats med utsikt. Bra frukostbuffé ingick i priset, man kunde även packa med lunchbox från frukosten - generöst. Läget perfekt för att utforska NYC, dels promenadavstånd till mycket, dessutom nära till bl a Penn station med flera tunnelbanelinjer. Tyvärr en del misär på gatan utanför, men det är...
