“Easy parking, staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean room. Only downside was you had to ask for hairdryer and shampoo.”

“Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded.”

“Well first off when I checked in and went to the room with my family (with a newborn) it had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Assuming it was just due to the room being somewhat close to the smoking area and the window was open that was to explain it. “Booked two rooms here and the front desk said I only had booked one. We had a long travel day, so once we got in the room after my shower- looked it up and lo and behold we had booked 2 rooms. They gave us the keys to other other room. Not a big deal, but annoying. The second issue was they hadn’t written us down on the shuttle schedule. “Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Clean, small room with a tiny bathroom in downtown Anchorage but still in a quiet area without much traffic. Only downside is that the whole room is shaking everytime someone closes their door.”

“Ganska slitet hotell utan luftkonditionering på rummet. Dålig ljudisolering - kvällstrafik plus ett odefinierbart brummande på rummet upplevdes mycket störande.
