- The home includes an upper level as well as a detached garage that are not part of the rental and will remain locked during your stay. Everything showing in the listing is available for your use and there is a lot of space to spread out. These areas are clearly locked so there is no confusion of what areas are off-limits. You'll have private access to the rest of the home and outdoor spaces and the off-limits areas are not accessed during your stay. Please respect our home and do not attempt to access these private spaces.

- Access to the creek and waterfalls involves a slightly steep path and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns or for children. The home itself is located on a set of terraced hills which also may not be suitable for children or those with mobility concerns. You can still enjoy the sights and sounds of the creek from the home including from the decks and sunroom without having to venture out in to the yard.
