10 Swing About has a nice wraparound driveway, lush landscaping, and overlooks the golf course. It is beautifully decorated inside with hardwood floors throughout the main living space and lots of beach décor, creating a calm and relaxing beach getaway.
Off the foyer is a ½ bath then the kitchen is off to the right of the main entrance. It has blue tiled floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stove, and two stools at the breakfast bar. There is a round table for four by the windows looking out to the golf course. Enjoy your breakfast while watching the early morning golfers walk by. At the end of the kitchen hall there is a room with a built-in desk and the laundry room.
The living room is at the center of the house and has a 43" SMART TV mounted over the fireplace, a large gray sectional sofa, a blue coastal themed swivel chair, and plenty of books on the built-in shelves on either side of the TV. Just off the living room is the dining room, with seating for six. The Carolina room, just off the dining area, has a tan queen sleeper sofa, armchair, a mounted 50" SMART TV, and access to the back deck. In the backyard there is an umbrella table for six and a Nexgrill. Go down a few steps and follow the path to the pool area where there is a large pool, another umbrella table for four, two lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower.
Back inside on the opposite side of the living room are the bedrooms. The first guest room has two double beds with blue comforters and a mounted 50” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a coastal comforter, a bench seat, and a mounted 43” TV. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom featuring a king bed, armchair with ottoman, walk-in closet, and a mounted 50” TV. The master bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have views of the golf course.
Head outside and enjoy the peaceful ambiance created by the wonderful greenery surrounding the back yard and pool area. Follow the stone pathway off the back deck to your own private oasis. This home is the perfect getaway for the whole family!
