    VIKTIG INFORMATION FÖR PARKERING FÖR 2019
    Det finns ingen tillgänglig parkering vid Sea Pines Beach Club själv 2019. Daglig parkering för transfer som tar dig till Beach Club från 9:00 a. m. till 5:00 s. m. kommer att finnas som följer:

    Lördag, 23 mars - Lördag 13 april - Parti 2 vid Main Trolley Lot
    Söndag, 14 april - söndag 21 april - Parti 6 över från Lawton Stables
    Måndag, 22 april - Lördag 11 maj - Parti 2 vid Main Trolley Lot
    Söndag, 12 maj - Måndag 2 september - Lot 8 nära Fraser Circle

    Restraurant parkering efter 17:00 kommer att vara på först till kvarn. Beach Shuttle kommer att fungera från och med 23 mars 2019, till och med 2 september 2019 (Labor Day) från 9 AM-5 PM, sju dagar i veckan.

    Välkommen till 38 Battery Road, beläget i hjärtat av Sea Pines Plantation! Detta hem ligger i en lugn, återvändsgränd och ligger inom en lätt cykeltur till alla attraktioner inom gatergemenskapen. Hemmet är en enda historia hem som har blivit underligt uppdaterad, och erbjuder en öppen planlösning.

    När du kommer in i hemmet hittar du två rymliga sittplatser som öppnar till köket. En har en väggmonterad platt-TV, gott om bekväma sittplatser och ett antal stora fönster med utsikt över poolområdet. Den andra är separerad från den huvudsakliga levande är av en partiell vägg och har också gott om bekväma sittplatser och en skjutdörr som leder ut till pooldäcket och bakgården. I närheten finns matsalen som har ett träbord med plats för 6. Det uppdaterade köket har en stor ö, frukostbar med plats för 4, rostfria vitvaror och är välutrustad med allt du behöver på semester. Den öppna planlösningen i hela detta stora vardagsrum ger möjlighet till gäst i varje vardagsrum som och kök för att interagera med lätthet.

    I händelse av att du måste kolla dina e-postmeddelanden eller göra lite arbete medan du är på semester finns det ett litet kontor precis utanför köket.

    Det finns två master sviter, en på vardera sidan av hemmet. Den första har ett stort privat badrum med dubbelt fåfänga, badkar och separat duschkabin. Gästrummet i närheten erbjuder två enkelsängar och gäster som bor i detta rum kan komma åt det uppdaterade badet som ligger på korridoren. Det andra sovrummet har också ett privat badrum med dubbelt fåfänga och endast dusch.

    Det rymliga bakgårdsområdet har en privat pool med vattenfall, ett antal sittplatser och är helt inhägnad ... perfekt för familjen hunden att spendera tid på semester!

Nice home in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfectly designed for my family of 4 plus my in-laws, with 2 master suites to allow plenty of comfort and pace. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked 1/2 our nights there and it was nice to have a grill as well. Pool was great, no issues during our stay.

House was wonderfully private and close to everything we wanted to do in Hilton Head. We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting. Management company was very easy to contact and check in and check out procedures were flawless and easy to follow. Would definitely reccomend this property and will book this same house for our return trip!

Great home, perfect location

Great home in a location that was within easy biking distance to the beach, Beach Club and Harbor Town. Amazing to have a gorgeous home that is also pet friendly - made for a perfect family getaway. We'd definitely stay here again!

Beautifully updated and pet friendly

The property is nicely updated and clean. We enjoyed having a fenced yard for the dog. The property manager checked on us twice by phone. We did have an air conditioner issue and when we called they sent someone out to fix it within the hour even though it was 9:00 pm! We were very appreciative of the quick response. The pool is nice sized and we had it heated which was great. The po area does have a lot of mature trees that drop leaves, etc. so sweeping the pool deck frequently was necessary. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

Had a great Thanksgiving week at this wonderful home. The property is very private on a quiet street and is fenced which is great since we brought our small dog. We paid to have the pool heated which we used in the evenings after playing golf and fishing. The kitchen is very well equipped for those that want to cook, even though we mostly got takeout meals. We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay here again if coming to Hillton Head.

Perfect for all family members including the furbaby

This house was perfect for our family and super pet friendly with the fence around the pool. The pictures are 100% accurate and there were many more amenities than listed. We’d definitely choose this house again.

Great place for family vacation

We really enjoyed our time here and took advantage of all that the are had to offer. Private pool was an added bonus when we discovered one too many jelly fish at the beach!

Great House!!

This house was perfect for our family (total of 5). The kitchen was wonderful and had more appliances, utensils and cookware than our own home! It is in a perfect location...about a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, 10 min ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. Upon check-in the house was very clean and 100% ready. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out after a day at the beach or just cool off in the afternoon. The fenced-in backyard was great for our small dog to roam around while we were in the pool. There is a small office in the back of the house perfect for staying connected. The only improvement we would suggest is upgrading the wifi router to a faster speed. With 2 teenagers and a 10 year old, the internet tended to bog down when all of them were on at the same time. Not a big issue as we were out and about most of the time. All in all, a great place to stay for the week on HHI!

Clean and Convenient

Our family has been going to Hilton Head every year for eight years and we have never rented the same house twice. But, that ends now! This house was perfect for our family of five and our dog. The house was spotless and well stocked. It was a central location and the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach were all a quick bike ride away. The house is located on a quiet, private street. We especially loved the two separate sitting areas in the house. My husband and I could relax in one area while the kids watched TV in the other area. We really loved the pool, it is a nice size for Hilton Head and the back yard is fenced in. The rental company was fabulous and checked in on us when we first arrived. They were also great about returning an item we left behind.

Very nice 3BR 3bath home with pool in Sea Pines.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice single story home in a quiet Sea Pines neighborhood. The two master bedrooms are nicely placed on opposite ends of the home for privacy with another bedroom and bath between them. The open floor plan looks out to the back yard which has a nice pool, heated for extra cost but we’ll worth it. The bonus...it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our small dog with us on this vacation. Hilton Head is generally pet friendly, but finding a nice place to stay can be a challenge. The kitchen is well equipped although we didn’t cook much while there. A gas grill is also available on the patio. The home is a short drive or bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club which has everything you need for a day at the beach. We also biked to The Salty Dog and Coligny Plaza, so it’s pretty easy to get around the island. The property management, Palmetto Sands, is very helpful and it was a breeze checking in and out of the home. The pool was serviced twice during our stay but you’ll notice that one of the features of Sea Pines is the woods...which means falling leaves and pine needles much of the time! Bring your own beach towels! The only down side to the rental might have been the flimsy bath towels that are supplied...motel grade all the way! We could have stayed another week, but all vacations always come to an end sometime!
