Fabulous!!

What a beautiful home! Our family had a fantastic time and we’re already talking about renting the same house again. Check-in was seamless and the few questions we had they answered immediately. Pool and hot tub were great and the views were gorgeous. Such a special property.

4 Beach Lagoon review

House set up perfect for our group 2 families of 5 and 2 grandparents. Pool was heated as agreed upon and paid for. Cleanliness was slightly lacking and it shows in person like a true full time rental but the positives outweighed those facts. Would stay again.

Fabulous Sea Pines home across the street from the beach!

Second time our family has rented this home. Great inside space and location to the beach. Vacation Company is very easy to work with. Only disappointment was additional $300/week to heat the spa… isn’t the purpose of a spa to be hot? Anyway, loved our stay ❤️

Excellent Property for family vacation

We stay in Sea Pines every year with our children and grandchildren. This property is well maintained and perfect distance to the beach, Salty Dog and Harbour Town. A great time was had by all!

Great property location though need updating and some appliances need fixing

Property location wonderful. For the price many things need to be fixed. Need to replace wine refrigerator, fix dishwasher shelves (wheels are off) and lower oven doesn’t work.

Great vacation

The house was fine, we have stayed in the same place before. My issue was from the booking and financial end. There are charges with no explanation and my second payment was quoted 3 different prices - going up each time with no explanation!!

Clean, well-maintained; fantastic location.

This was a house that easily fit several families and their children with space to spare for hanging out and eating. The pool and patio area overlooking the Lagoon golf course for spectacular in the evenings. The second row location off of the beach was perfect for Card and small children back-and-forth. As has been our experience with the Vacation Company, communication with the office was reliable and helpful. The house was clean and well appointed.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at 4 Beach Lagoon Road. We have been going to Sea Pines for over 10 years and this was probably the best property in which we have stayed. We had 12 people from 3 different families and the space was just perfect for spending time together but also allowing everyone their own space. The house was very clean and in great shape. The location was fantastic. It is located on a quiet street so perfect for taking walks around the neighborhood, a very short walk to the beach and convenient to the bike paths and golf course. We had a couple of questions for the rental company (nothing significant) and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, just a really great stay - can't recommend it highly enough.

What a gem!

The house is lovely- lots of space in the bedrooms and public spaces both. The kitchen had all we needed and the knives were good (which is not a given)! The pool is small but my husband managed to swim some short laps. Convenient walk to the beach, and the bikes were a definite plus!

Fabulous location! Hard to decide between pool and ocean!

Vacation Company was easy to work with and great with communication! They provided beach towels and bikes and gave us a credit to rent beach chairs and boogie boards. House was spacious and well furnished. I would give the rental a 5 except for the beds, pillows and sheets...the mattresses are lumpy, need new pillows and sheets were loose and thin. But our stay was great! Would definitely rent this house again!

Great Vacation Experience

The house met all our expectations. Beautiful home! Rental process was so easy with timely communications before, during and as we were leaving. Close proximity to the beach and easy access to shops. 4 Beach Lagoon Road

We were looking for a home in Sea Pines to share with our two adult boys and a few of their friends. The home was spacious with a nice floor plan for everyone to have their own space. The property manager was very responsive as we did not have any beach towels and also our dryer did not work. They replaced the dryer the same afternoon that we called. Was surprised there was not basic condiments like salt, pepper, seasonings, hand soap and dish soap in kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the back yard. Outdoor furniture was plentiful and it was nice to have 4 bikes included. The check in was stressful because the instructions said to go to the Welcome Center but then the Welcome Center directed us to the Property Management Company and the lock box for the parking passes would not open. It may have been easier to just go directly to the gate and pay for the week pass. Really no reason to have to go to the Property Management Company because garage code and front door access is included in the text you should get 24 hours before arrival. Overall it was a comfortable house and the bridge to the beach is right across from the property. Good location. Sea Pines Beach Club was a nice place to grab lunch and a drink. We would recommend the home.
