Perfect Home for Large GroupWe stayed with two families — 4 adults, 6 college kids, and 2 high schoolers — and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen and dining area were spacious, well-stocked, and ideal for group meals. The layout made it easy to enjoy time together without feeling crowded. We would definitely rent this home again!

The house was just ok

The floors, countertops, showers and kitchen table were very dirty. We wet swiffered the first floor almost daily because there honestly is so much dirt ground in. Kitchen countertops and stove top were smeared from grease and sticky. We used Clorox wipes to clean them all. The carpet in the living room had stuff all over it. From stains to crumbs. The dishes and cookware are all chipped and scratched. We went out and bought paper plates, plastic cups and hot cups for coffee. The cooking utensils looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. We ran most everything through the dishwasher before we used it. The refrigerators were clean and we were happy for that. The outside and pool area were very comfortable. The bed pillows have bad odors and needed washed and dried before we slept on them. Even after washing some were not able to be used. The showers needed a thorough cleaning upon arrival. Sorry to say the living room furniture is also very dirty and stained. The pillows in there are smashed beyond fluffing. All in all, the property would be great if a few replacements were done and also a thorough cleaning.

Great property

Beautiful clean home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, dish wear, cooking utensils etc for our large group. Lots of room for everyone. Lovely backyard and the heated pool was perfect for the kids…even plenty of pool towels!

Needs to be updated and enhanced

All of the bedding was horrible. The sheets were so scratchy and very poor quality. The living room furniture needs to be replaced. The fan in the master bedroom did not work. The blinds in the master bedroom did not open and close completely, as well as the windows. The bikes that come with the house or old and cannot be relied on. We had a rent bikes from another place. Would not recommend this property

Great property!

Super clean, well equipped kitchen, plenty of serving & place settings. We had 2 families, 2 sets of in laws, kids and older folks. Plenty of space for everyone with enough privacy as well…everyone commented on the comfortable beds. I’m pretty fussy about what I like and would rent this place again.

Family vacation

The house was so great for our family. We fit four families perfectly. The open kitchen and family room were great to hangout in. The pool was beautiful and it was nice being on the golf course. Easy access to the beach and all Seapines has to offer.

Large house

This house is made for many people. We came with our 4 adult children and their spouses, with 10 grandchildren as well. Lots of room for everyone. Bring your bicycles because there are lots of bike trails on Hilton Head. The kids especially liked the nice pool.

57 Heritage Road was a beautiful property. We traveled with several families and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was great - an easy bike ride from the beach, Harbour Town, or Sea Pines shops. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you!

July 2nd stay

everyone enjoyed their stay, beautiful house, the main beach was a little far away but we went to the beach access that was close by most of the time, one couple said their bed sagged too much but they said not to complain about it. all in all we had a great vacation.

Great Family Home

We love the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head and chose this property because it was large enough to accommodate our extended family. The home was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy with the door and garage codes emailed a few days prior to the stay. The unit's two refrigerators were sufficient for all our food and the lone dishwasher got a workout but kept up each day. The pool was very nice and allowed for good entertainment when not at the beach. The only downside was that the pool company never showed for the mid-week clean so it was quite dirty by week end. Regardless the pool was enjoyed by all. The unit came with four bikes which is a must when staying in Sea Pines. We had a small issue with the sink in the kitchen and it was handled very promptly by the management company. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very nice. The only suggested change would be to add more towel racks in the bunk room. With four queen beds one towel rack wasn't enough so we ended up hanging towels in the closet. We travel to Sea Pines several times a year and overall this is a great home. The service provided by the management company was a great plus and we would certainly stay here again.

Excellent house for a family of cooks!
