5: e Villa to Beach ombyggt för säsongen 2018 -

Denna lägenhet renoverades med nya köksskåp, kronformning, takfläkt, infälld belysning, högkvalitativ bäddsoffa / drottning i vardagsrummet osv 2018. Lägenheten är bekvämt belägen på första våningen och bara några steg från stranden (den femte villan från stranden) - 3 minuter och du är på sanden !. För din extra glädje har vi installerat takfläktar i sovrummet och vardagsrummet samt en platt-tv / kabel-åtkomst i båda rummen. Gratis trådlöst internet tillhandahålls.

Det finns ett litet däck att koppla av utanför villan och lyssna till havets vågor och känna havets bris. Däck vetter mot Admirals Row (väldigt tyst). Anläggningen har öns största pool vid havet. Det finns också en Tiki-bar där du kan koppla av och ta en drink medan du lyssnar på Island Music (under säsongen)

Anläggningen har också ett träningscenter, fullservice Sports Bar / Restaurant, en butik, TEN tennisbanor, shuffleboard, en lekplats och dagliga aktiviteter för barnen (under säsongen). Det finns också ett cykeluthyrningsföretag på plats om du vill dra nytta av de fantastiska cykellederna från Hilton Heads.

The host was absolutely wonderful!! The Isaac family provided me with great recommendations on restaurants and entertainment for my first time trip to Hilton Head. The condo was clean and easy to navigate and to my pleasant surprise, shampoo, conditioner and body soap were provided ( and it’s quality stuff too!). They done renovations it looks great and modern. The bathroom was my absolute favorite. The beach is literally three minutes from condo to sand. I took my beach morning walks during my stay. The condo was very quiet and cozy at night when you just want a night in. I highly recommend this condo on your next trip to Hilton Head!

We booked a one night stay to take a break from our kid for the night (thank you grandma and grandpa!). This condo ended up being exactly what we needed. The check in process was smooth and easy, the room was nice and cold, good for sleeping, and everything was clean. We didn’t make it to the beach due to the weather and the short stay, but we visited the local sports bar to watch a game and it was very nice. Overall, exactly what we needed when we needed it!

The resort itself is nice, older but well maintained, great location. Lots of families with little kids and retired people so it's quiet at night, busy during the day. When we checked into the room at 4 pm (check in process was through the front desk for a parking pass and we were given a door code to go directly into the room, very easy). The room had not been cleaned after the last guest. This was disappointing, host was responsive but in a different state so could only call the maid service they use to figure out the issue. Maid came within the hour. She cleaned really quickly and you could tell it had not had a deep cleaning in a long time, for us the floors were dirty, couch full of crumbs from last renter, not enough bedding for the fold out couch. Host was again responsive and fixed the issue by getting us more bedding and offering to have the maid come back to do the floors the next day. I asked to be let out of the rental but he declined this request. The maid who came the next day took the couch cushions and the coverings for the seat cushions to clean them and we never saw them again so it was uncomfortable having no back cushions on the couch. My one main general complaint about the condo itself is the bedroom window is not really a window, it is just open to the hallway so there is no natural light in the bedroom, it felt claustrophobic to me. I feel it would be small for 6 people to stay, better for smaller groups or a couple.
