Very nice property and great location. Nice distance from elevator making it quiet. Excellent view. Couch is a 'little' tired, but average for rental units. Tub with shower curtain..

Great get away.

This was perfect for us, two adults and a teenage daughter. The location was close but not too close to Coligny Beach access, shopping and dining. We prefer less activity than the husltle and bustle. We loved the view of the ocean and dunes from our condo. I would definitely use this propert again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous vacation rental, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of.The facility itself is gorgeous! The decor is modern and inviting, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the spacious living area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to whip up a meal or enjoy a morning coffee on the lovely patio. One of the best features of this rental is its convenience. It’s located just a stone’s throw away from local attractions, restaurants, and shops, which made it incredibly easy to explore the area. Whether you’re looking to hit the beach or discover hidden gems in town, everything is within reach!Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I can't wait to return. Small but adequate

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived, I was a little underwhelmed. The condo was very small and the view was not as I had expected, but we enjoyed our time at HHI nonetheless. The outdoor furniture was worn and the living room ac (wall unit) blows out onto the balcony so it wasn’t a good place to relax. We appreciated the two beach chairs and used them daily. I also didn’t realize that the unit didn’t have a washer and dryer (only a pay unit on site)... had I realized that, I probably would have chosen a different location. My best description would be adequate. We had a decent place to stay, but it was tight for two people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is mold growing in the A/C unit. The furniture smelled old. Left the sliding door open and still could not mitigate the mold/mildew odor.

Ocean dunes #206

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful view. Easy walk to coligny plaza on beach 10-15 min. Unit had all necessities. Supplies limited in unit Only 1 bathroom bath towel per person provided. 1 garbage bag. We stayed a week. housekeeping never responded to calls so had to purchase. Unit was small like people said but there were just 2 of us I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than 2 very small children staying with 2 adults. Bed was soft but you would roll to middle & bathtub while taking shower didn’t drain properly but didn’t impact our stay. Everything else was great.
