Great Get away

We were able park the car and walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Walk to the beach, shops, and even restaurants. It had a good view of the ocean and was newly renovated. Great couple getaway.

Great villa!

Condo was clean updated and well stocked. This is 3rd time staying in seaside villas and by far this one was best. The management company was also 5 stars!

5/5!

Perfect unit in a perfect location. Had a very minor hiccup at check-in, of which the owner immediately responded and took care of. Our first time on HHI; not only would return, but would stay in this specific unit again. Highly recommend!

HHI

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very close to lots of great restaurants. Both the shower and bathroom sink were clogged but they came to clear it pretty quickly. It just felt a little dirty. The sliding glass door would not lock and it made us feel unsafe.

As advertised-very nice

Great beach view and access. Convenient location to walk most places. Rented beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Unit could have used a few more kitchen items but not a big deal. Excellent overall.

Love Seaside Villas

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a couple. Beach chairs would have been nice since we flew in but rentals were easy on the beach( but costly) A few suggestions- put a long mirror somewhere and a hand held shower head with better water pressure!! The coded gate coming back from the beach was very difficult to unlock( everyone was experiencing the same issue) Other than that alls good and we would definitely rent again.

The unit was clean and it was about 100yds to the beach. Being a 3rd floor unit it had a view of the beach and ocean. We struggled with the TV’s either getting connected to the internet or using Spectrum. It would be great if there were clear directions for each TV. We also noticed that the sliding patio door doesn’t lock. Other than that it was fine.

Perfect Couple's Beach Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We discovered this unit a few years ago, and have returned each fall. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. We love the proximity to the beach, and convenience to shops and restaurants. I hesitate to say much more or we will compete for fall rental time :) Seriously , this unit is a great find!

Summer visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised and perfect for what we needed. The units are small, so suitable for 2 and maybe a small child. But it met our needs. Great view, but be sure you are ok with stairs to get up. No beach equipment so bring your own. Everything inside unit was in updated and good condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at 331 and Hilton Head. Condo had all you needed. Plenty of SPACE FOR 2 PEOPLE. Condo was immaculate, with everything you need. AC was quiet, not like noisy ones in most units. Tv set-up was a little wonky, but who there to watch TV all the time. Vacation Time was super, answered all questions. Great view of beach. All appliances worked great. Love that shower. Close to all restaurants, beach was right there. Look forward to returning, will ask for unit 331.
