Ocean One 415 - Oceanfront 4th Floor Condo

Med däck från vardagsrummet och sovrummet har gäster som bor i Ocean One 415 en fantastisk utsikt över havet och poolen vid havet som leder till stranden. Lägenhet på 4: e våningen vid havet sover 7 personer bekvämt med en king size-säng i sovrummet, 1 drottning och 1 tvilling i sovrummet 2 plus en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Denna lägenhet är under nytt ägande från och med juli 2019 och de nya ägarna har genomfört flera uppgraderingar. Nya plantage fönsterluckor, målning, golv, sängkläder och mycket mer! Nya foton kommer att publiceras i höst.

Ocean One har lagt till ett helt nytt grillområde till komplexet strax utanför poolen.
Semesterfirare kan skölja bort under utomhusduschen på komplexets privata gångväg och sedan doppa i poolen vid havet.
Ocean One är en fem våningar hiss byggnad som ligger i South Forest Beach. Ocean One är bland de bekvämligheter som erbjuds i hela Hilton Head Island, ett kvarter från Coligny Plaza, ett pittoreskt centrum som erbjuder gästerna ett brett utbud av restauranger, shoppingplatser och underhållning.

4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!

Great location!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! Absolutely beautiful view of the beach and surrounding areas. Other than needs updated bathrooms and a little more detailed cleaning/dusting of the rooms, we were pleased overall. Within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, we will definitely be back!

Great family accommodations!

The condo was very clean and just what this family of 5 needed! You couldn't ask for a better location. The balcony is just above the edge of the pool and we could easily see the ocean and watch the dolphins!

Perfect location and property

This was a sister trip and our first time to HHI, this property was clean and well cared for. Situated on the beach with a perfect view and close to shopping and many restaurants. We have no complaints and plan again and hopefully get the same condo.

Great stay! Highly recommend!

We stayed @ Ocean One 415 during the last week of March. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The balcony is large for both relaxing and eating. There is a second balcony off the master for a nice little reading spot. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the living room is spacious. It is just as seen in photos! The location couldn't be better. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The Tiki hut nearby had live music every night which we could hear from the balcony. This was so enjoyable after a year of no live music!! It was a little chilly during our week so we didn't use the pool but could see it was well maintained daily. We felt very safe here with the access codes to our condo and beach. We would highly recommend! Also rent bikes! So much fun with all the bike paths!

Perfect for our family

Beautiful and clean property with easy and close beach access. The pool would have been wonderful if it was heated. We had cold days in February so weren't able to use the pool. It was great to have grills available for cooking. We enjoyed walking to Coligny Plaza which was only a few blocks away. Would recommend others to stay here.
