ANPASSAD FÖR HUSDJUR!

25 Red Maple är ett underbart charmigt klassiskt Sea Pines hem som har blivit helt ombyggda. Detta hem ligger i slutet av en Cul De Sac street som ligger mycket nära Plantation Golf Club, hem till Heron Point av Pete Dye och Atlantic Dunes. Om du vet Sea Pines, vet du att det här är så centralt som du kan få. Ta cykelvägen till Plantation Golf Club (ca 3 min cykeltur), Sea Pines Beach Club och tillgång till stranden är bara en extra 3 minuters resa. Om du åker till norr har du stall och petting zoo om en 10 min cykeltur bort och om du fortsätter västerut har du Harbour Town ca 10 min cykeltur längre. Allt Sea Pines har att erbjuda ligger inom ett mycket kort avstånd från detta hem. Det är ganska trevligt och ganska underbart.

När du kommer in i hemmet välkomnas du med ett expansivt öppet vardagsrum i kombination med matsalen och en glasvägg ut på uteplatsen och golfbanan. Det känns så luftigt och välkomnande. Du känner hissen av livets tryck bara vispa bort när du kommer in i detta underbara hem.

Därifrån kan du svänga till vänster och gå in i en extra bostadsyta med ett spelbord, TV och dra ut soffa med utsikt över den underbara swimmingpoolen. Bakom detta utrymme är det expansiva och vackra sovrummet med ett stort masterbad.

Tillbaka till foajén / entrén och till höger är helt ombyggd fullt utrustad äta i köket. Sedan har du 2 underbara stora sovrum, alla med plattskärms-TV. En med 2 tvillingar och en med en king size-säng. Båda sovrummen är delade med ett gemensamt stort dubbelt fåfäng badrum.

Från vardagsrummet till uteplatsen hittar du Heron Point 2: a fairway. Upp ett par steg och du har en underbar däck och pool område som är mycket öppna men mycket privat på grund av designen av landskapsarkitektur.

Beautiful house with pool

We had never rented a house before but this house made it possible for us all to stay under the same roof without being crowded and tiptoeing around each other. The pool is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but there were six of us and we got along just fine. One day it was a little cloudy in the water and when we called to report it, the pool maintenance people were on their way immediately. Sparkling water was the result! For people who want to do some cooking during their stay, the kitchen is really nice and there was nothing we needed that we could not find except possibly an additional pizza pan. The beds were very comfortable and having to teenage boys meant that the couches were well used as beds since they like to stay up later than the rest of us. Nice TVs and what I would call a game room outside one of the king bedrooms was a great addition.

Family friendly, clean, spacious property

Great property for a family with 4 kids (4-14 years old) and a dog. Fenced in pool area was nice. Entertainment room with toys, puzzles, and games was a bonus. Kitchen had everything needed to cook our meals. Bikes and beach chairs on property were a blessing. Loved being on the golf course located close to the leisure trail.

Winter getaway

We loved our 35 nights on Red Maple road! The house was recently remodeled and perfect for us, our Goldendoodle, and our daughters’ family when they came for a week. We liked it so much that on our 3rd day we reserved again for next year! We have been coming to HHI for 37 years and this is a great property. Thanks so much.

Anniversary Trip

We had an enjoyable vacay at Sea Pines. This area in Hilton Head is beautiful and quiet. We took walks and drove all over the island experiencing different venues. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable mattresses and furniture. Good to know; there was no salt and pepper or shampoo. We always take our own shampoo so not a problem but no salt and pepper was surprising. They do have some other spices. We also had to buy some laundry detergent and left it for the next guests so I hope they left it there for them. We would stay here again but would definitely stop and stock up on everyday staples.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Great Property and Location

The house and location were great. We enjoyed the easy access to the bike/ leisure trails and loved the great view of Heron Point golf course. The property is nicely secluded but very close to the beach club and Harbor Town. We'd certainly rent here again.

2nd Stay Here

This house was cleaner and nicer (new kitchen and nicer furniture) since our first stay back in 2021. The kitchen is fantastic and well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the swimming pool and being able to have our dogs stay with us. Some of the decking has been replaced, but more boards are rotten and should be replaced before someone falls through them. We did have a neighbor from a couple of houses down who came into the back yard one night and was watching us cook inside the house, which was creepy. Once he knew we saw him, he left and we had no further issues with him. The other neighbors were nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Annual Vacation

Annual Vacation This is the third time we’ve rented the same home for our annual family vacation. This house provides the right amount of space and is always comfortable and clean. We love that it has a pool and it provides for bikes and beach chairs so that we don’t have to lug our own. We highly recommend this home for anyone who likes to play golf or doesn’t mind biking a short distance to get to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Dog friendly, great location, needs a little TLC

Overall, we had a very good stay and the property is in a great location - came with bikes and is biking distance to just about anywhere you'd want to go within sea pines. The home is definitely older - they've clearly been doing a lot of updates, but it still needs some work in some areas. It has a nice, open layout that is great for families, but be aware that there are stairs that can't be gated off if you have little ones. Pool area was fenced in and great for the dogs. Unfortunately, we discovered that the house has cockroaches in the kitchen/laundry area and we spotted one in the kid's room as well which is an issue that definitely needs to be addressed. We also had some issues with cleanliness: spiderwebs that hadn't been cleaned, glass shower doors that need some deep cleaning, stains on the comforters/mattress covers (looked like blood) - the rental company responded quickly after they opened on Monday and got us a brand new comforter & sheets to replace it, but that was already day 3 into our trip. We also had sent some messages prior to our stay with questions that were never answered, and they never responded to our message about the cockroaches. All in all, it's a great location, a nice house - especially for being dog friendly - and we had a very good time, but for the price, we likely would find another place to stay if we return.

Week Stay June 2021

My husband and I stayed here with our four adult children in their 20’s. Lovely home and location. A few minor things needed fixing, but it was a very comfortable home with access to a really nice beach with a clubhouse. My sons also golfed and played tennis every day. We woukd stay again.

Great spring getaway

Location and overall stay was great. This house has an excellent layout for families however it needs attention and TLC. Walking or biking distance to beach, golf, and entertainment made this a win for the kids. A few broken fixtures: broken kitchen drawer, cabinet door, and bathroom hardware. Not enough to ruin our stay but for the rental price these things should be addressed (they are mentioned in other reviews).

Great location and tons of space for family

My family (husband, 18m old, and in-laws) spent the week at this rental in April. The house was the perfect central location for enjoying Sea Pines and HHI in general. Very centrally located in the neighborhood--a short drive to the beach club as well as to the gardens/stables/petting zoo. The first day we tried to drive to the beach, we realized parking was limited. After that, we chose to do the easy 1 mi walk using the paved trails rather than drive. The house itself was perfect for our group. Great spaces for hanging out, and loved that one "wing" of the house had a separate living area off the master bedroom which allowed privacy and space for my in-laws. The only caution I'll callout for those with young kids--the stairs down to the living room in the main space meant that we were constantly having to be "on alert" as our 18m old loved trying to climb up and down them any chance she got!

HHI Home

Enjoyable. Very nice property. Major disappointment in that the pool was not heated during our stay after repeatedly asking going all the way back to booking. I may have been charged for this I am unsure which would be very disappointing.
