Shorewood är en hissbyggnad med fem våningar som ligger i South Forest Beach. Bland de bekvämligheter som erbjuds i hela Hilton Head Island, är Shorewood två kvarter från Coligny Beach Market, ett pittoreskt centrum som erbjuder gästerna ett brett utbud av restauranger, shopping och aktiviteter.

We love the location of Shorewood Villas and have stayed in many of the properties over the years. The location is great for walking down to the Tiki bar or over to Coligny Plaza. However, this specific unit is a bit tired and smelled musty. Overall clean but has paint chipping in the bathrooms. Also the living room furniture is very uncomfortable at the end of a long day.

A friend recommended Shorewood. We were so happy with our Condo and the location. We had easy access to the ocean, pool, restaurants, shopping and a paved trail for walking and biking. This is a gated community. I did not worry about our safety during the entire trip.

The condo was clean and very spacious. The property was well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach.The only negative thing to say was that the shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced.The property owner was very responsive to all of my questions, and check in was very easy. Would definitely look to rent from this property owner again!

Cleanliness and location were great. Check in was a breeze. The unit just needs a little refresh. The master bathroom had a bit of mold on the ceiling and some peeling paint. The other bathroom needs a new shower curtain. Master bedroom lamps need replaced. Overall, the unit suited our needs and we had a great time. We are considering renting for next year.

Great Condo!!

We booked this vacation last minute and had never stayed in this area. This condo is prime location, close to the pool and beach with a beautiful view for this cost! It is extremely clean and the master bedroom bed is very comfortable! We looked past the fact that it isn’t totally updated because of the price and cleanliness! We will definitely be back to stay again! Thank you for a great week with our family!

Great location

Easy walk to Coligny shops. Easy Access to beach. Unit is located right off the elevator. The decor is dated but the unit worked really well for our family of 4. Needs nicer/softer bath towels and I was not expecting to have to buy laundry detergent or Kleenex. You get a 4 digit code for the unit and another 4 digit code for property gates. It’s very easy to remember. The unit feels tucked back a bit which we prefer. The pool was very busy while we were there and it was nice to see it but not hear it. You can sit out on the balcony and still feel a sense of privacy. The stretch of beach is very nice and far enough away from the public access so it does not get as busy or crowded. It was just right. We would stay here again.

Great condo

Great location. Great communication from management company. Staff very nice. Met all our needs. Only complaint is the smoking on the balconies by other guests - we couldn’t sit out on our deck for to the cigar smoke from below.

Excellent Property

The property was clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a short or long stay. New flooring throughout, mattresses look and feel brand new, and the furniture is comfortable. I think I read some bad reviews when I booked this property about toilet size, coffee pot issues, and some other minor picky things. All ridiculous. Furthermore, the location of this property is perfect for accessing everything! Would absolutely book again.

Golf Trip

We had a wonderful time on Hilton Head. The property we were in was very conveniently located to a delicious coffee and cafe shop and other cute shops at Coligny Plaza. We were also close to Sea Pines Plantation. The pool was spectacular and very clean. Our unit was very nice. The only issue with our unit was that the Bed in the Master Bedroom was very soft and made my back hurt from lack of support. I needed more of a firm mattress. Would come back to this condominium but would like to get a unit closer to the pool.

Wonderful!

This is the 2nd stay at Shorewood, the first being last October in a different unit. We will go back there for an even longer stay this October. I really like the Shorewood complex, beautiful grounds, pool and beach access. the location is very convenient as the key places I used (pharmacy, groceries, gas) are within a couple of minutes drive or bike. Construction still continues on the property and the covered parking area is still closed so there is some minor inconvenience and noise but still, in my opinion, worth it. Hopefully that will be resolved by this October! The bed in 338 was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this unit.

Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at this seaside condo. This condo was nicely decorated, stocked with all that you would need and had a wonderful view. We were within a short walking distance to the beach and to Coligny Plaza with all of the nice shops and restaurants. Perfect location for beach and shops

We rented 338, it has excellent amenities and all we needed to cook/eat-in. Beautiful views as well but the condos air conditioning did not work and we were moved the day after notifying management of the problem. The second condo was 437 and was also excellent. It had been updated recently (338 is nice but would benefit from updates to the bathrooms and the master bed-tooooo soft) The view in 437 was even better, and we continued to enjoy the kitchen and living spaces. The personal touches from the owners of 437 were nice, too

Long weekend getaway

Really enjoyed our stay, I thought the location was ideal and the view from our balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The convenience of the hot tub, pool and beach was great. I would love to have ocean front but this had a view of everything.

Great space and location

The space in this condo was perfect for our 4 kids and 2 adults! The view from the patio was amazing, and the condo building had a fabulous pool and hot tub, with a straight, quick walk to the beach! We also loved that all the Coligny shops and restaurants were just around the corner--so easy to walk or bike everywhere! However, the condo is VERY out-dated. The sinks are all in terrible shape (the worst being the kitchen sink), but we had all the kitchen ware we needed to cook for ourselves all week.

Limited beach view condo with very nice pool and beach access

The Condo was very nice...had most everything we needed. Everyone we talked to was very pleasant! Office staff was very helpful. Would recommend!
