Detta tre sovrum, två badrum hemma i Singleton Beach är symbolen för Lowcountry levande. Detta hem renoverades 2014 och erbjuder en kort, enkel promenad till stranden, har en utsmyckad känsla och tillåter till och med att ta med dig maximalt två lurviga vänner.



Cirka 15 steg leder från uppfarten till det mycket expansiva vardagsrummet. Med stänk av gula blått har det varma vardagsrummet en sittgrupp i två delar, en bekväm armstol och en platt-TV. Matsalen sitter bredvid vardagsrummet och har ett vackert, hand snidt matbord och sex matchande stolar. För ytterligare sittplatser kan man gå några steg över till frukostbaren som har fyra eleganta och mysiga barstolar.  På motsatt sida av frukostbaren finns det mycket funktionella, hantverksdesignade köket; hem till rostfria apparater, bänkskivor i granit och skräddarsydda skåp för gott om lagringsutrymme.



För extra bekvämlighet finns en tvättmaskin och torktumlare belägen utanför köket.



Det stora sovrummet erbjuder en majestätisk känsla med massor av solsken och har ett drottningssovrum, en platt-TV för dina underhållningsbehov och ett eget privat badrum med två handfat och en duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet har också en queen size-säng och har en platt-TV; fönstren från detta rum erbjuder lugn utsikt över landskapet.  Det tredje och sista sovrummet kommer att vara ett perfekt barnrum eftersom det erbjuder gott om utrymme att rulla runt en enkelsäng och en rulla. Det andra och tredje sovrummet delar badrum.



Täckt parkering finns precis under hemmet.



För alla extra bekvämligheter: en kort 5 minuters promenad till stranden, acceptera husdjur och travertingolv i hela, kommer detta hem att erbjuda dig alla klockor och visselpipor som semester i söder har att erbjuda. 



Singleton Beach Rd. är i Mid-Island-området i Hilton Head, beläget mellan Palmetto Dunes Resort och Port Royal Plantation. very comfortable rental

The house was bigger than I anticipated. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location on HHI is very central and close to everywhere we were going. It is a short walk to Burke's Beach and to a very large park with walking trails, soccer fields, dog park, etc. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation

Perfect Beach House

We LOVED this rental property. It was perfect for our family with small kids and our dog. The house is a 5 min walk to the beach which is mostly a nicely built bridge. Was was very easy to load up the stroller with the baby and walk all the way to the sand. Some of the rooms were update since these photos were taken and the place is even nicer now. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The little back yard area is cute too. The whole area is very family and dog friendly. We felt very safe and there weren’t people partying all night. The house is a short drive to Coligny which has lots of good restaurants and the Adventure Playground. We hope to rent this house again soon! Thank you!

Very nice little house. Close to Surfwatch where other family stayed. Easy walk to the beach with our dogs. Clean and well equipped. The beds would be my only complaint especially the MBR.....very uncomfortable mattress. A back deck would be nice. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again.

A nice home

Our stay was nice. Lovely yard for the children to play on a dead end road with little traffic. A bit of a walk to get to the beach but not bad. Close to a park was also a bonus. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that there is no outdoor furniture for enjoying the outside. The house is under the flight path for planes taking off at the airport so a bit noisy. The house has no extras like beach towels etc but that’s not always provided. We enjoyed our stay, this is a nice house, just probably will not rent here again. If there were the extras to make it feel special then maybe I would reconsider.

Clean property, comfortable beds, good linens. Easy to get to beach. Dishes and cookware definitely showing signs of use. Could have used more soap in the guest bath (one bar for shower and sink) and dishwasher tabs.

Great House for Our Needs

Our daughter and son in law moved to Beaufort and we live in Wisconsin. This was our first away from home Thanksgiving and the house suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen layout was very functional and extremely well equipped. Socializing and sleeping accommodations were excellent too.

Great Pet Friendly House in a great location

You would never know this was a pet friendly house as it was very clean. We brought two dogs on vacation for the first time and there was plenty of room. The rooms are actually larger than they appear in the pictures. Note: If you want to rent chairs and have them set up by HHI Shore Beach Service, tell them to put them at Beach Marker 101. We did not find our beach access until the second day and was using the Marriott Beach Access at first. We ended up renting bikes and a cart from VayK Rentals and bought chairs at Walmart , hauling them back and forth which was fine since we had the cart and it was not a far walk. We actually liked that better as we stayed on the beach past 5:00 which is the time they picked up the rental chairs each day. (We left the chairs at the house for others to use) Thanks Sunset Rentals for a great family vacation

Just a short walk to the Beach!

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach near this rental! We had our own private neighborhood path to the public beach! The house was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen tools, etc. Everything was perfect! Even the TV's were equipped with Netflix! The master bath was a joy! Thanks Sunset!

Perfect Location

Great location

The house is very spacious and well stocked with kitchen cooking and serving supplies! Wish the would have provided more basic household items, like hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc as we ran out of all those supplies and had to restock (and finding these supplies were very difficult as there were none in many of the stores due to COVID). Also, no spices or oils provided in house which makes cooking while traveling more challenging and expensive. Loved the location and yard space for games and close walk to the beach. Overall great experience! Just adding those extra supplies for the renter would make the experience wonderful!

Fantastic home on HHI

I stayed here with my daughter and her friend for a quick getaway. While not as luxurious as some of the surrounding homes, it was an excellent value for the money. The home was very clean with some essentials provided (tp, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc). The neighborhood is quiet and away from the crowds of some of the more popular areas of the island. Communication with the management company was easy and they were very responsive. While this property had quite a bit more in non-refundable fees than other properties I’ve stayed in, I would absolutely consider staying here again based on the positives mentioned above. Thank you for your hospitality!
