As guests enter the villa, they are greeted with bright coastal interiors with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the kitchen and living room! The kitchen is located to the left of the main entrance with stainless steel appliances, a dining nook perfect for morning coffee from the Keurig or traditional coffee pot and access to the formal dining room. The dining room offers seating for 6 with additional seating available in the kitchen nook. Before heading to the living room, a half bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The living room features all new furniture, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a TV and access to the first bedroom and patio. Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed with new bedding, double door access to the living room and patio access! The patio is perfect for entertaining with a grill and dining table or enjoying your morning coffee with scenic views of the lagoon and 5th fairway of Clipper Golf Course!

The second floor of this villa features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as 2-bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a new king-sized bed, TV, desk overlooking the golf course and ensuite bathroom. The spacious ensuite has a double vanity sink, a soaking tub and walk-in shower! Just down the hall, Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed with a TV. The second guest bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo.
