Welcome to 16 Piping Plover! This five bedroom, four bathroom home is located direct oceanfront in Sea Pines and can sleep a group of up to twelve guests.

Enjoy the ocean breeze while outside in one of the many outdoor entertaining areas. Downstairs you have a spacious outdoor living area with seating, dining and a flat screen TV. The upstairs balcony offers additional seating and dining options + beautiful oceanfront views.

On the first floor, you have three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two twins and full bathroom access from the bedroom. The next two bedrooms are a suite, perfect for one family. The suite consists of a king bedroom and the bunk bedroom (two sets of twin bunks). These two bedrooms share a bathroom and the bunk bedroom is accessed by walking through the king bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the second floor - one has a king bed and one has a queen bed, both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms. Please note the upstairs balcony firepit table is not operable.

• Bedroom 3: Two Sets of Twin Bunk Beds (First Floor, Shared Bathroom) *This bedroom is accessed by going through the king bedroom.

• Bedroom 4: Queen (Second Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

• Bedroom 5: King (Master Suite, Second Floor, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom)

**Additional Information**

• Distance to Beach: Direct Oceanfront Home (beach path directly next to the home, very easy walk to the beach as it is an oceanfront home)

• Pool Info: Approximately 15 feet by 30 feet. The private pool is able to be heated for an additional fee for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day. Must reach out to us at least two weeks prior to your arrival to schedule the heat and pay the additional fee. Pools are not heated in the summer months as they will be naturally warmer due to the warm summer temperatures
