A completely renovated retreat awaits. This Evian condo has all brand new furniture in the entire condo with both master suites having king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The baths are completely renovated with upscale sinks, new vanities, inlaid tile showers, and rain shower heads. This villa includes double master suites and a beautiful open-concept gourmet kitchen! A truly spectacular remodeled villa to which no space went unnoticed. You will see once you arrive it's the perfect location, only seconds to the pool and tennis courts. Enjoy an updated escape as you enjoy a low-key island getaway.

Perfect condo to compliment beautiful HHI! We visit Hilton Head often and usually book Evian condos because of how quiet and laid back the area is and we love the bike trails in Shipyard. This condo was our favorite of all time! It's very tastefully and comfortably furnished/decorated. Classy, modern, coastal beach vibes. And incredibly clean!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has the perfect balance of decor accents without being cluttered which makes it so much easier to unpack/pack. There are also plenty of cute catch-all bowls/baskets strategically placed which was appreciated. I loved the master bath shower, but was kind of wishing it had a full door because I don't like being chilly when I shower. But the rain shower was awesome and as long as I stayed under or behind it, I was able to enjoy my shower goosebump free. The seperate handheld shower was great for more water pressure to rinse my hair. The guest bathroom has a window in the shower which is nice in the daytime. At night we just draped a towel over the curtain rod since the curtains are sheer. We didn't see any gators from the deck this visit, but plenty of cool birds and other animals! We also enjoyed watching the golfers on the putting green in our downtime even though we aren't even golf people. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!
We saw this black-bellied whistling duck family a couple days in a row. The ducklings are adorable!

Fantastic Week

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The renovations to the kitchen were spectacular and had all the items we needed to prepare our meals. Loved the open concept. Great place to stay.

Nice place

I definitely would recommend this place. It’s beautiful and decorated in such a nice beach theme. Nice covered porch. We ate breakfast and lunch there and went out to dinner. They have a lot of kitchen essentials. It’s an easy process to book and ask questions if you need something. I loved the privacy and gated community. You have your own community pool or the option to go to the beach. It’s very beautiful and would highly recommend!

Cockroaches

Cockroaches. Apparently Hilton head is infested with cockroaches. They call it palmetto bug but it is simply a regional term used to refer to specific types of cockroaches. You know it’s bad when they said they treat the home once a month and ask you to let them know if the home needs to be treated during ur stay. Our friend stayed at the Marriott during the same time. They also had cockroaches and they sent someone up to spray within 30 minutes. So Marriott has someone in house to treat cockroach infestation as well. We killed several cockroaches during our stay. We were going to leave the first night but our 4 year old had a meltdown and begged us to stay. The things you do for your kid. The whole time we felt so gross and felt like they were crawling all over us. Just not ever coming back to Hilton head. Cockroaches….

Great location

We loved this unit! Very clean and welcoming! We also enjoy watching the Alligators swim by. The private beach was a perfect bike or car ride away. The only feedback would be for the owner to get better window covering for the guest bath ;) .. Other than that, the place was great!

Wonderful accommodations

The condo was stunning - everything about it is perfect. Must have been recently renovated from head to toe . Kitchen had everything we needed to cook - great appliances . Comfortable beds and loved the master shower. I would change nothing - I would highly recommend this property to all and honestly could thank of nothing to improve .

Beautiful hideaway!

We had an absolutely amazing family vacation and this condo was the perfect place to call home for the week. It had everything we needed, great location with ab easy bike ride to the beach and walk to the pool! We really enjoyed mornings watching the alligators and the beds were so cozy for our sleeps! Only thing I would say is the neighbour made us very uncomfortable. The second we arrived she was reading us the rules, very unpleasant to our children and we actually considered leaving this place early. If you have kids I don’t recommend this rental based on the neighbour’s discontent with our boys presence. Great place to stay but perhaps not with little ones!

Enviable Evian

Beautiful unit in Evian overlooking a green of the Shipyard course. Property was extremely clean- rarely does a property meet my expectations in this department, but this unit was outstanding. Decor in unit was inviting and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well as linens. We hope to return soon.

Tranquility

We have been coming to Hilton Head over 20 years and this villa is by far the best that we have rented. The villa was spotless with top of the line appointments. We started out each day having breakfast on the porch and watching the alligators swim by. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this lovely villa.
