30 Stoney Creek is a beautiful, fully renovated ranch style home in Sea Pines within walking distance to the Harbour Town Lighthouse, shops, restaurants, and Marina. The sunny pool is located at the front of the home and is surrounded by potted plants and a privacy fence. This is a multi-level deck that has six chairs, side tables and a lounge chair - a peaceful place to relax in the sun!

The planked floors, vaulted 20â ceiling and a wall of sliding doors create a large bright open living space. The dining area, open to both the kitchen and great room, offers a large wooden table that seats eight, a wet bar with sink and wine fridge. The living room has two comfortable couches, three rocking chairs, a fireplace and a 65" SMART TV. The sliding doors open to the very private deck overlooking the golf course.
