    Börja din semester i den helt nya 49 Dune Lane. Denna extravaganta 8-sovrum, 9. 5-badrum hemmet har otaliga funktioner för att få dig att känna att du är på din egen privata utväg. Ligger på den vackra sandstranden i North Forest Beach, kan du inte låta bli att koppla av. Huset har gott om plats för alla och sover för upp till 26 personer. Huvudvåningen i huset är gjord för underhållande med en stor öppen planlösning kring ett gourmetkök, matsal, stort vardagsrum med platt-TV och pulverrum. Njut av dina måltider på däck med utsikt över Atlanten, kokt på den inbyggda grillen och utomhusköket. På huvudvåningen finns också ett av kungens gästrum, med eget badrum med inbyggd dusch. Alla rum har en stor platt-TV för din njutning. Sovrummet och badrummet är på första våningen, samt vacker utsikt, en separat sittgrupp och 2 klädkammare. Hissen kan användas från grunden till första, andra eller tredje våningen. Den andra våningen spelar värd för 5 extra sovrum och ett spel loft / andra vardagsrum. Det första sovrummet på andra våningen vetter mot Atlanten och har 2 queen size-sängar och ett privat badrum med badkar / dusch. Fortsätt ner i salen hittar du en kung gäst sovrum med privat badrum, med en annan badkar / dusch. Det tredje sovrummet på denna våning är en junior master svit med en king size-säng, bäddsoffa, privat badrum med inbyggd dusch och tillgång till 2: a våningen däck med utsikt över havet. De första två sovrummen på andra våningen har också direkt tillgång till 2: a våningen däck, med en spiraltrappa till första våningen och ner till poolen. Nästa sovrum på andra våningen är en annan kung gäst med eget badrum och badkar / dusch. Det femte sovrummet på denna våning är ett drottning rum och privat badrum med badkar / dusch, precis utanför spellocket. Spellocket har en stor platt-TV med enkel åtkomst för att kunna ansluta ditt favoritspel. Den tredje våningen handlar om barnen med ännu ett sovrum och 2 badrum. Den tredje våningen sovrummet har 4 uppsättningar våningssängar och varje badrum har en inbyggd dusch. Naturligtvis är huset perfekt om du måste stanna inne, men du kom verkligen till Hilton Head för att vara ute. 49 Dune Lane gör det ganska lätt att göra. Utomhusutrymmet är inget mindre än utvägskvalitet. Det finns gott om sittplatser för att njuta av ett intensivt spel av ping-pong i det öppna rec-rummet med utsikt över pooldäcket. Njut av din favoritdryck under Tiki Bar, med utsikt över poolen i världsklass. Nedan är Tiki Bar Pool Bar. Byggd direkt i poolen finns sittplatser i baren, bredvid badtunnan och solstolar. Den andra änden av poolen är den perfekta platsen för barnen och en cool avkopplande dag. Bubblarna kommer att hålla barnen underhöll, och du är cool, när du lägger dig ut i solen på den grunt uteplatsdelen av poolen. Allt detta, och det finns fortfarande mer att njuta av när solen går ner vid den inbyggda eldstaden med utsikt över havet. Och du har inte ens varit på stranden än. * Eventavgifter kan gälla *

Amazing property!

Absolutely fabulous property. Beautiful home with spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Large pool, spectacular decks and great beach access. Only negative is the kitchen supplies - limited pots, skillets and baking sheets if cooking for a large group.

Perfect Valentines Day

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The home is beautifully decorated and the amenities are second to none. The beach was phenomenal and it is literally only minutes from some of the best restaurants and shopping we have enjoyed anywhere on the coast.

Great property and location. Everything you could hope for in a rental. If I bought the house tomorrow the only thing I'd add would be an are that had multiple TV's to watch multiple games at once. Will definitely go back if heading to Hilton Head.

Absolutely amazing property! Location, layout, and furnishings were all exceptional. The host was friendly and responsive. We were making a recipe which required a rolling pin. After calling to inquire, they delivered a brand new one within a couple hours! The only downside was the main sliding door to the back deck was not working properly and was difficult to open and close. They sent a maintenance person, but the issue was not an easy fix. Hopefully the repair is done over the off season. We would definitely stay there again!!!

The house was amazing - perfect for our group size with plenty of space for all. We did have a Couple maintenance issues which were resolved in a very timely manner.-thank you—kitchen was awesome to use- Beach access wasn’t the easiest due to the large step down, but I feel that was from the recent storm And affected many of the beach front homes.

Awesome house for sure. But, the sliding door from the main room to the deck needs replaced and the lower level grill needs fixed tooThe sliding door has been damaged for a while and the “bandaid” fix on the track just didn’t work. The maintenance guy just didn’t want to touch it as he was waiting for someone from the manufacturer. Shame, it would have easily been a 10/10Still perfect design, so many great spots to sit

Very lovely home. We were so glad to have the elevator. Kitchen was nice to work in. Could use a few more knives and cooking utensils, but nothing to deter us from cooking fabulous meals. We used the grill quite a bit too. The main door to the deck was in need of repair as it was very hard to open and close. Pool was nice and warm, super clean and so fun. We played corn hole poolside most days. Sadly the storm last week took out a lot of the sand berm so it was very hard to get to the beach. At the end of the beach access path there was a 3 foot drop. The public access just 3 doors down was much more manageable.Beautiful bedrooms and each with its own bathroom! Huge bonus there! Nice to have a bathroom at the pool level too. Overall, a great house for friends and family

Great location

Sweet Carolina was a spacious place and perfect for our daughter’s 30th birthday to spend a few days with family and friends. The house had a large kitchen and plenty of space for everyone. Loved that all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. The house could use a little TLC, it does show signs of wear from rentals and the salt air. Rental company was easy to work with and was very prompt in their response time.

Perfect

Everything you've read is true. This is a wonderful property. We were a family of 21 counting the baby and room for all. Especially outside there are many areas to pull away and sit. If the weather was bad there is a large living room and small upstairs lounge with tv. There are two walk in closets that are large enough for a pack and play which was importantly to us. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was necessary in April. Great house and we'd love to return!

Best Thanksgiving week ever!

This house is simply amazing from top to bottom. It is perfectly located on Dune Road in North Forest Beach, and the sunrises and the sunsets are incredible. The house is clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. The layout of the house is really great--we had 14 people and never felt as though we were stepping on each other. There are multiple outside spaces with ample furniture for relaxing and taking in the views. The folks at Beachside Getaway were very helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience! We will be back!

Carolina On My Mind!

Sweet Carolina was the perfect house for our 4 generation family annual escape! The beach/ocean front property was beautiful and perfect for all ages: 1-84! The home had everything we needed- lots & lots of fun outdoor spaces surrounded the generously sized pool. There was plenty of undercover parking protected within a secure gate. Quinn called, TWICE just to check-in on us- we’ve not had that happen before. The bedrooms were generous in size and the kitchen was stocked with more than we could ever use. We enjoyed this house and location so much, we will book again for next year!

Looks are not deceiving and what a great home to host a family/extended family vacation.Would've rated Excellent, but there were a few issues that were not addressed: Fire Pit was inoperable and we had planned an evening of smores around the pit. Yes there was a fire place but its hard to squeeze more than 2-3 folks in front of a fire place.Remote control for the main TV did'nt work.Reached out and the gentleman came to service the remote, stated the toggle was broken and you had to use voice command. This did not work well with an 88 year old individual with a touch of dimentia and often was up in the middle of the night to watch tv. Very frustrating for the 88 year old and for his daughter that had to assist him in the night and throughout the day due to this issue.The Grill on the 1st floor did not work, and while not a hinderance was not diclosed at the time of renting or any other time prior to arrival.It was nice to have accoutrements throughout the house and the excessive amount of beach towels available.The mattresses are very soft and many people had backaches through out the week.Mentioned the issues above to property manager we were told that these things would be considered if we booked again, kind of makes you feel like your on the hook.What happened to wanting you to feel good about every experience that took place.Unfortunate they chose to handle it this way. When you spend this kind of you're not looking to get anything free, just what you paid for.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The back door onto the deck is a bit of a challenge to open, but the property management group came and helped us and let us know a new one was on order so hopefully that isn’t an issue in the future. The location and pool/deck setup is absolutely incredible. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to book again!

third annual HH visit

We love the location and space in Sweet Carolina - we stayed in this same house two years ago and last year stayed at 35 Dune Lane. The welcome appetizers and wine were a very nice touch. The mess (sand, mud and water) by the pool because of the back flow that was there all week was unsightly and dangerous safety-wise. Many used the other stairs because the bottom of the main stairs was always very slippery and filled with water. The house looks like it has heavy use and seems a little worn, especially the stairs carpet. We notice this because we are paying top dollar for a very exclusive beach home. We would have liked to use the fireplace but there was a note that it was not working. We had to call to have lounge chairs found (in owners closet) to put by the pool. Our family absolutely loves this area and plans on coming back to HH next year, we are looking at options now. Thank you to Beachside for all their help!

The perfect place

To start our family started taking extended family vacations 5 years ago and have stayed in many places including resorts, houses and hotels. We travel with 15-19 on any given vacation so finding the "perfect place" that makes everyone happy is nearly impossible. That said - this place fit the bill. From age 77-5 everyone in our group LOVED this vacation home. The huge layout made it possible for everyone to be inside, outside or anywhere they wanted to be with ample space. Every room having its own bathroom is a plus along with the huge kitchen and elevator making it possible for all to move easily amongst the house. Having access to the beach at any given moment makes the location top notch! While this is a gem we would like to keep secret, everyone should know luxury like this exists! After walking the beach and seeing numerous houses, it is clear that this house has it all and was clearly the best. Our family used and enjoyed the outdoor covered patio with the television - the fire pit - the sunning patio near the beach - the lights at night at the pool - hot tub and deck instead of sand walking out to the beach. In a nut shell we our already planning our trip next year and we have never done a repeat trip in 5 years - we have found our favorite place!

We've been to this house twice now and the layout inside and out is perfect for our large group. We actually had some maintenance (outside TV & Spa pump), in both cases the team at Beachside Getaway's promptly took care of these items and communicated very well. Our group will be going back!

Sweet Carolina was the perfect beach vacation oceanfront home. Beautifully decorated and well equipped for us to enjoy our week with friends. We enjoyed every part of the property from grilling on the outside kitchen, relaxing under the tiki hut, lounging in the pool, epic ping pong tournaments and gathering around the fire pit at night. The only two improvements that can be made to the home is replacing the tired dishwasher and figuring out the tiki hut fireplace issues. We did miss enjoying nighttime fires under the tiki hut, although thanks to Beachside Getaways and their attentive customer service we did have a fire one night. This was a vacation we enjoyed tremendously and the memories will last a lifetime. We hope to return to Sweet Carolina again and again! I would highly recommend this magnificent home to anyone with out hesitation!

Perfect for our size of group

We had 15 people aging from 1-66 years old. The house is setup perfect for a large group. The pool is sheltered from the wind (we had a lot of wind) and the beach patio is awesome. The multiple outside areas made it easy for our group to spread out and enjoy our vacation. The house was very spacious and beautiful. Walking distance to various shopping, bike paths and entertainment was a plus. Watching the dolphins so close to shore daily was cool for everyone. We will be going back to 49 Dune Lane!

Ultimate Beach House

We stayed at Sweet Carolina for a long weekend over Valentine's Day with several other couples. There was 15 of us in total and we had plenty of space. Sweet Carolina has everything you need to enjoy your time at Hilton Head! This is a one of a kind beach house!

Stunning!!!

We stayed at Sweet Carolina an extended weekend. It is absolutely gorgeous and met every need that we had for our large group. The view of the ocean is one in a million. The outdoor fireplace and seating area was absolutely awesome! The kitchen was very modern with two large refrigerators. Each room was fantastic.Our favorite was the master suite on the main level with a direct view of the ocean. I would absolutely recommend this house to any family or large group that wants to enjoy their vacation and make some lifetime memories. Thanks again to the great owners of one of Hilton head's finest properties.

A Great House w/ Even Greater Outdoor Space!

Our group of tennis/golf nuts stayed at Sweet Carolina the first week of November 2015. We had toured the home the previous year and decided, although quite expensive, to give it a try. Overall we were not disappointed. The house is beautiful and spacious. The outdoor space is by far the best of any home we've rented on HHI - and we've been doing so for 15 years. We had none of the usual rental maintenance issues. Everything was in working order. However, for the price paid (by far more than we have EVER paid), there were a couple of items that could use improvement: 1. ONE dishwasher for an 8 bedroom house? Seriously? We had to run it twice a day, which was pretty inconvenient as dishes piled up in the sink. The dishwasher will soon die of exhaustion! 2. At this price point, the "starter supplies" of dish and dishwasher soaps and paper products supplied were pathetically cheap and ineffective. Thankfully we brought some of our own. Do your guests a favor and supply something better than no-name products! Bottom Line: It's worth the splurge!
