  • Njut av en lugn och avkopplande semester i hjärtat av Sea Pines. 8 Hollyberry Lane är ett helt ombyggd 3-rumsboende i Greenwood Forest-divisionen Sea Pines Plantation.
    Huvudområdet i hemmet har en stor öppen planlösning, hårda trägolv, plattskärms-TV och gott om sittplatser för hela familjen. Köket är mittpunkten i området med bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustad för alla dina matlagningsbehov. Det finns också en pubhöjd frukostbord med utsikt över den bakre uteplatsen. Vardagsrummet har gott om plats för alla också med soffa, loveseat och stolar. Det är den perfekta platsen att titta på din favoritutställning på den stora väggmonterade plattskärms-TV. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns skjutdörrar till baksidan uteplatsen. På uteplatsen finns ett annat matbord och gasgrill för uteservering.
    Bara ner i korridoren är sovrummen och badrummen. De 1: a gästrummen har en queen size-säng och platt-TV. Nästa sovrum har två fulla sängar för att sova upp till 4 gäster. Dessa två sovrum delar hallen badrummet precis utanför, med en badkar / dusch kombination.
    Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och väggmonterad platt-TV med eget badrum. Det precis färdiga badrummet har en stor dusch med glas och 2 handfat så att alla har gott om utrymme. Det finns också en dörr till uteplatsen utanför befälhavaren.
    Bara nerför gatan kan du njuta av bekvämligheterna på Greenwood Forest Community. Gästerna på 8 Hollyberry Lane har tillgång till tennisbanor, pool och lekplats. Stranden är en mil bort och lättillgänglig längs de många cykelvägarna genom Sea Pines. Det finns också en tvättmaskin, torktumlare och trådlöst internet.

We have 3 teenage boys and 8 Hollyberry was perfect for our family! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was just a short bike ride away and the community pool was 2 minutes down the road. The house has a nice central location in Sea Pines. We loved our stay!

Beautiful home! We had such a wonderful time, we would love to come back again and again to the same home. We were impressed with the excellent communication, kitchen fully stocked with supplies, and thoughtful touches to show we were truly wanted guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Pretty clean house in a nice little community within sea Pines only about a mile (about a 20 minute walk) to the beach and about the same to Harbourtown. Lay out of house is great for gathering. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels, and an extra twin matteesss under the queen bed. Super easy to communicate with the company, would definitely recommend. Would recommend This place to anyone.

Beautiful home in Sea Pines

Our family had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home in Sea Pines. It was even nicer than pictured, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Hilton Head.

Great location and very clean

The place was beautiful. Felt very much like a real home. Excellent central location. We were easily able to bike to the beach, Harbour town, and elsewhere! The place is even nicer than the photos!

A beautiful beach house

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this immaculate beach house. It is beautifully decorated, all the furniture is comfortable and it is well stocked. I loved the fact it even had beach towels! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Went to the pool twice not one person was there. Never made it to the beach but my family did. The house was perfect fully stocked kitchen where I even prepared my family and Easter dinner!! Highly recommend! I have already searched online for the bed pillows they were so comfortable and I have my husband replacing our mattress with the one in the master bedroom!! Swear!!!!!
They even had this little thing here and since I forgot the baskets I turned this into the Easter basket for the 3 grown boys

It was exactly as described in all of the literature and met all of our needs. The kitchen was super stocked with anything you could need. This was our first season in some 20 years not staying in our Marriott timeshare which we just canceled ownership. Our daughter and family said this was their best Hilton Head vacation. Already booked it for 2026

Serene Retreat

The house is beautiful with all the accompaniments you would need. Contact was easy and response to any questions was very quick. We loved our stay and we’re so sad our time flew by so quickly. Renting bikes is a must! Beach is just a quick bike ride away, and the pool a quick walk or bike ride too. Loved 8 Hollyberry Ln.

Great set up for family or friends traveling together

We loved the flow of this home! The primary BR suite and other BR's were separate from each other and and all were tucked away from the main living area . The set up made it super convenient for the early birds and night owls to not be disturbed by each others schedules. Great seating and spaces for family dining, gaming and hanging out. The home was in immaculate condition, really lovely and had all the details to make eating in a breeze. Very conveniently located to all the things you would like to do in Sea Pines. Wonderful experience with the management company as well. Highly recommend!

Total relaxation with a lovely house layout!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I HIGHLY recommend this home for families who like to be around the table, eating together and playing games! This is just my opinion—Don’t turn the TV on—listen to each other, talk and laugh! The bedroom layout is conducive to close family living with ample bathroom space for all. Our family reunion at this home left so many fun memories! The community pool is avery short 3-5 minute walk from the house—depending on how fast you walk! Ha! You can catch a shuttle to get to the beach. Or you can drive to the Coligny beach and park your car nearby. If you have small children, they will LOVE the Coligny Beach Park. It’s a MUST-GO! Rita’s Gelato with delicious vanilla or chocolate custard ice cream is always a tradition of ours that never disappoints. Buy some local fish and grill out at the lovely rental home! Ask around for a local, fresh fish market! They’re not fancy, but they’ll have the fresh catch for the day available. You WON’T be disappointed in the least. This Beachside Get-Away Company has the best PR with their clients. All questions are answered up front with follow-ups before you ever arrive. Upon arrival they immediately reached out to see if anything was awry or if we needed anything. We couldn’t be happier with the WHOLE EXPERIENCE! We will be returning!

For the adult family vacation....

Three bedrooms, open ET area, easy access to beach by bike or car. The Sea Pines amenities (Shops, restaurants, etc). We didn't start our car but once or twice to hit the grocery store! The bike trails are extremely friendly. It is truly an escape!

Amazing stay!

We stayed over the Memorial Day holiday at 8 Hollyberry and it was a great experience. The home was set-up perfect for our family and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the beach and everyone at Beachside Getaways was terrific to work with! We are hoping to come back next year!

Family vacation

Rented for my family. 6 adults. We did have an issue with the air but the office came over at 9 pm to check on it and resolved the issue. The only issue we had was not being able to park at sea pines beach resort which in prior years we had always been allowed to do. This is not an issue if you know what to expect but we were shocked when loaded up with beach gear to be turned away by sea pines. We worked it out afterwards but it was a bit of an issue. The house was good and very clean and perfect for our needs.

GREAT vacation home in Sea Pines, HHI

This house is beautiful and the perfect location for any family staying in HHI. It is centrally located and quick bike ride or walk to the beach, South Beach or the Harbor. The amenities are perfect and the house is FULLY stocked. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this kitchen is the most stocked of any. The house is very clean and has very nice décor and furniture. We had one small issue with the AC, but the management company was quick to respond and repair. The management company did a fantastic job at checking in with us throughout our trip to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great location

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed 10 minute bike rides to the beach and it was a 2 minute bike ride to a nearby pool and playground.

Great Break

Great property and management company - the photos tell the story - beautiful well kept home; quiet location. The house is well maintained and was very, very clean when we checked in. The management company was communicative and friendly. We had 4 generations in the house and everyone had a great time.
