Very nice one-level home in nice neighborhood
Very nice 3 bed/2 bath home all on one level with nice kitchen, bathrooms, and furnishings. Saw that there were board games and toddler/infant supplies (high chair, play crib). Good communication with property manager, quiet, friendly area. Also nice that it was dog friendly. Would come again.

Wedding Week Vacation Home
We loved our stay at 9 wildwood court! We came from out of town for our wedding. It was so important that we had our dogs at our wedding so we struck gold when we found this beautiful pet friendly home. The home was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for us! Tom was extremely responsive to anything that we needed! We hope to come back in the future!

Decent place in sea pines
Good space for 4 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed the screened in back porch for the rainy days. Shower/baths were a bit outdated and beds very hard but enjoyed being surrounded by bike paths and close to all of sea pines.

Thank you for your feedback, we have replaced the mattress and the baths and kitchen will be updated in February 2024. We hope that you will consider a return visit to see the renovations.

Lovely Sea Pines home
We enjoyed our stay at this private and comfortable home in Sea Pines. It was clean and homey and we enjoyed the room set up for our family of 5. We rented bikes and enjoyed all of the fun bike paths and shops and restaurants. (2 bikes were at the home to use too) The neighborhood was central and convenient. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was great.

Almost 5 stars.
Overall we had a great stay! We had almost everything we needed. Love the open living room, property and the ability to use the Beach Club. Sea Pines is beautiful. There were just a few things that fell short of expectations. The master bed was extremely hard, really needs to be replaced. All other beds were comfy! We only had hand soap, toilet paper and trash bags, for the first two days. The fan in the master bedroom was dirty and several items throughout the house hadn’t been dusted in awhile. Along with several dust bunnies around the floor. We tried using the vacuum, it worked but the electrical wire was exposed near the base and covered only with duct tape. Not safe. The rug in the living room needs a deep clean or needs to be replaced. With these quick fixes I would give a 5 star rating.

Christina Glad you found Sea Pines and the home enjoyable. We appreciate your comments on making the home a better experience. We have met with the cleaning company and reviewed the procedures on what needs to done prior to ever stay. The master bed mattress will be looked at as you are the first to comment that it was not comfortable. We do provide starter soaps, shampoo and paper products . It is not meant to be a supply for the whole stay. The vacuum cleaner has been replaced. The living room rug has been cleaned and is on a schedule for routine cleaning. Again thank you for you comments and we look forward to you staying with us again.

Lovely location and lovely property
We returned to HHI after an absence of about 17 years. The neighborhood is perfect. The location is great. The neighbors were very friendly. The kitchen was less stocked than some other houses we have stayed at, but we had everything we needed. I wish the bike s were better taken care of. If we come again for a week, we might Rent bikes.

Great spot for a family vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our family of 5 (kids 13, 11, and 8). The size of the house was perfect for us. It was clean. There is a nice big dining room and a screened porch. The couch is big and comfy. The beds are very comfortable. Thomas was easy to reach and responded in a timely fashion. There were 2 adult bikes and we easily rented 3 kids bikes at Peddling Pelican. The house location within Sea Pines is great. It was about a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Parking is limited to the first 50 at the beach club so it was easier to just bike. There are two beach chairs at the house and a beach wagon to use. It’s also about a 10 minute bike ride to Harbourtown. We biked down one morning and had breakfast outside at the bakery and it was wonderful. The kids also biked down to the basketball courts and playground which was maybe 5 minutes if that. It’s a short car ride to The Salty Dog which was another great spot within Sea Pines. Publix is located right at the entrance to Sea Pines. We went mini golfing, go karts, Sno Cones by Chris, Duck Donuts, and to Skull Creek Dockside (highly recommend this restaurant especially for families) and everything was a 10-15 min ride tops. This was one of our most favorite vacations and we will definitely be back.

Great Location
The location was great. Rode bikes to beach or walked 20 mins to beach. Used the community facilities (bball/pool) too. Space is house was good - plenty for our group. Kitchen and bathrooms need attention/updates. There is little outdoor space, but that was fine for us. Place was definitely clean when we arrived. We had to call for beach towels, and they were dropped off to us. We were there for a long weekend.

Right on the bike path and the comfiest couch I’ve ever met
We had a great stay with 2 families in this house - having a room with 3 (bunked) beds was super convenient, although the couch was so wide and comfy our teen slept on it the last night! We loved the view to the greenery in the backyard and were visited by deer 3 times! The shortcut through the backyard to the bike trail was so convenient we raced and beat the 1/2 of our party who drove to Harbourtown. It was easy to drive 5 minutes and park at Sea Pines Beach Club (we were off season) for beach access, and the Shops at Sea Pines plaza was so close the kids could ride their bikes or walk on their own to the convenience store there as an adventure. Lovely home home, everything worked, all very clean.

Convenient, Private and Relaxing
We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at 9 Wildwood Ct. The house is in a great location and convenient to many amenities on the island. One can slip out the back and be on bike paths in seconds after leaving the house. The property managers are available if one might need them. We enjoyed our stay at 9 Wildwood Ct. and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to vacation.

We totally enjoyed our stay! I’m a picky Mom and was very pleased with how clean and comfortable this villa was. I am usually afraid of pet friendly rentals, but this place was super clean with no signs of pet hair or smells on arrival! All the furnishings appear new and the decor is lovely. The huge sectional sofa in the den and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/cooking tools and even had a crock pot and waffle iron. They even had a DVD player and some great classic family comedy DVD’s that we used for a movie night! The location was also convenient to all our favorite Sea Pines destinations. The owners were also very nice and responded quickly when contacted. Highly recommend - we will be back.

Fall Break Family Time
We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. The home was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We especially liked having bikes to get around and Sea Pines offers it all. The floors and carpets could have used a more thoroughly cleaning, especially being a pet-friendly rental.

Perfect fall getaway
We loved this home and fit our needs perfectly. Easy location to most things. A quiet beautiful neighborhood, enough space for all 5 of us and our two little Westies were happy not to be left behind in a kennel in ATL 😉 Bathrooms could use some updating but overall a beautifully appointed property and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in beautiful Sea Pines— the weather was PERFECT!!!!! Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing Accommodations!!
This property was pretty amazing! Property was easy to find in a cute little neighborhood and check in was super simple. House was roomy and decorated nicely. Furniture was all very comfortable, to include the beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Property manager was extremely responsive, coming to the house to help us figure out one of the TVs. Great house that made our vacation a wonderful experience. We will definitely be selecting this property next time we come to the island.

Great stay. Highly recommend it to families with dogs.
We stayed in the house during the last week of July during our 9th annual visit to Seapines. This is an entirely updated ranch, where the three bedrooms are on the same floor. It has a small backyard, and grill that we enjoyed greatly . We had a small dog with us.. Everything is new (furnitures and kitchen appliances and utensils/dishes). They were still delivering new furniture to make the place even more functional. one small part of the kitchen countertop needed to be replaced. The manager was very helpful and communicated with us constantly. The subdivision is very close to The Plantation club and the beach. There is a bike path from the backyard directly to the circle that is behind plantation club (through the woods), which makes if even shorter to go everywhere. There were two bikes, d beach toys, and chairs included. It helped us a lot. The community pool, basketball court, tennis court with. playground are great and very private. They are about 7 min away (walking) or 2 min biking.
