Detailed description
Located on Hilton Head Island, in the gated Palmetto Dunes area nestled in the private Turnberry Village complex. The Beach & Birdie Villa was extensively renovated in 2021 and is perfect for families and golf/tennis groups alike. The space is now an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all in one airy space. The living room features an electric fireplace and a 60" Smart TV.
The deck area is off of the living room with views of the 10th hole of the Fazio golf course. For parents, the deck does have a gate to keep kids from the stairs. There is a wooded area between the course and the villa that keeps the noise down so if you aren't looking their direction you wouldn't even know the golf course is there. The serene patio area is just what is needed to unwind from a hard day golfing, playing on the beach or in the pool.

Off of the main living area is the washer/dryer nook and the 1st bathroom with a walk in shower that features 2 shower heads, one of them is a rainfall nozzle. The 1st bedroom is down the hallway with the 2 double beds is on the main level with a 43" smart TV.

The second level has the master bedroom with an attached bathroom with the rainfall nozzle and detachable nozzle. The walk-in closet is has more than enough space for all of your golf gear and there is a desk for you to check those pesky emails in the master suite.

There is a one day supply of toiletries, 1 pack of laundry detergent and kitchen necessities . Please bring or purchase additional items needed for your stay.
