This adorable condo is perfect for your next family beach getaway or romantic retreat! Located just a short distance from the beach and only steps from the pool, you will have endless days of fun in the sun during your stay! Venture into town to sample all the wonderful eateries and shops, while fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and other watersports are also available nearby. Additional attractions can be found within five miles of your door including Coligny Plaza with its many restaurants and unique shops, Coligny Beach Park, the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina, Harbour Town Golf Links, and the Harbour Town Lighthouse.

Inside this first-floor condo, you will find all the accessories and amenities you need for the perfect home away from home, starting with the bright décor and plenty of comfortable furniture. Large windows and access out to your private deck allows for an abundance of natural light. The well-equipped, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances as well as a pantry for storage. Kick back in the living area and stream your favorite channels, or head outside to enjoy your shaded and private deck as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Porch cushions dirty and floor and rug not swept/large stains on sofa/no lamp in living room just overhead/closets crowded with extra furniture(chests) and extra bedding filling up shelves/little to no cell service inside unit had to go outside to make a callPositives updated kitchen and bath

Pleasant Beach Stay

Great location! Seven minute bike ride to beach, 10 minute bike ride to groceries and shops, close to Sea Pines. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We loved the outdoor seating area. The only reason why I didn’t give this a five star review was because there was a slightly strange musty smell that lingered throughout our stay.

Great location but…

It had a musty smell when we checked in so I made sure the company knew. They told me that I MUST pick up the welcome packet before going to the condo but I told them I didn’t have a car and literally the only thing in the welcome packet was the parking pass. So I returned it early and tried to call and tell them which took a 30 minute call to get a real person on the phone on a Monday!!! No blender in the kitchen was a disappointment and the bed in the second guest room had broken springs in the middle of the mattress so it was hard to get in and out of. Otherwise the location was amazing!!! I would definitely stay there again but maybe a different unit. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch at night.

Nicely decorated

We had a little trouble with the code getting into the condo, it’s 10 numbers so little hard to remember. Condo was very nicely decorated, love the colors. Beds were very firm, I slept on the couch most of the time. Walk to the beach was little further then we were willing to do, but the beaches we went to had free parking.
