This condo has everything you'll need for your next beach vacation with family or friends, including an ideal location in an oceanfront community with fantastic pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and newly renovated bathrooms!



    You and your guests will also enjoy exclusive access to a host of incredible on-site amenities including seasonal pools, a hot tub, tennis center, picnic areas, and five convenient beach access points. And while this community is tucked away in a quiet corner of Hilton Head, it is also just minutes away from some of the most popular attractions on the island.

    The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



    The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Great place.

We loved everything about this place. It was very clean and updated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. They even had beach chairs and boogie boards. We would stay here again. It was a short walk to the beach and a very nice view from our balcony. Only con was wish there was a bar inside bathroom shower. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Our family had a wonderful time. It was perfect for parents with our two teens. It was clean and spacious and comfortable! It was on the third floor so we are very happy there was an elevator. The balcony had a great view of the ocean while we sat out there to enjoy coffee or a drink or just listen to the sounds of rain. It was also a beautiful view from the balcony when the moonlight shone on the water. There Are a couple things I would suggest to the owners. The can opener is in need of replacement (it’s rusty and not working well) and the kitchen could use a small to medium metal strainer. Also, maybe add one stainless steel skillet to the kitchen instead of just teflon coated ones to choose from due to health dangers with teflon. Just a few suggestions but we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Oh and it would also be nice if there were beach towels in with the supply of beach supplies. Also not a game changer but Towels took a lot of space in our luggage. Next time we will just buy some there and leave them. Last thing, you get a little starter kit with some dish soap a couple other things which is helpful. It would be helpful if there was a trash bag in the starter kit. We didn’t realize we needed to grab trash bags the first time we went to store for supplies. Thank you.

Property was great. Didn't have cable for 4 days, no one came out to assist. Had to switch boxes to get it working.

Great Place and Location

This unit is great and the location for Hilton Head is the best. Hard to find right on the beach with beach view and this place rocks! A couple of minor things need to be need to updated. All 3 of the frying pans need to be replaced. The screen in the master bedroom window needs replacing. The coffee pot is subpar in my opinion and the balcony door latch needs some work. However none of these minor items would prevent us from coming back. It really is one of best spots on Hilton Head.

There were 4 of us that stayed for a week. This condo was awesome it had everything and more. All new appliances and the beds were so comfortable. Great view of ocean. Hilton Head was nice. Would recommend this vacay home highly.

Sunrise View

The Condo is beautiful designed! The kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances are new. The balcony is the best part with sunrise views over the ocean. While sitting on the balcony you can see and hear the ocean while feeling the breeze. Pelicans and seagulls fly by frequently. Definitely a relaxing spot. We just loved this condo and will definitely be back soon!

Condo with Beach Access

This condo was perfect for our stay! Beach access was steps away. The property was clean. The one thing I wish was fixed was the master bedroom window screen. I didn’t want to open the window in case bugs wanted to come in.

Incredible VRBO

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was centrally located, had beautiful amenities, and had easy access to the beach! The VRBO was incredibly clean, very well-equipped, and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were many, many options on the tv for rainy days, and in a safe area. It was our first time in Hilton Head and will absolutely be rebooking this place!

Wonderful Trip!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay during our Spring Break! We thoroughly enjoyed the location, the community, and the proximity to the beach. After spending the day at the beach, we relaxed by the heated pool. The condo is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a great bonus. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The view of the beach from the balcony was terrific. We visit Hilton Head at least once a year, and this is our first time staying in this community. We will definitely stay here again.

Great, clean stay

Nicely remodeled and sparkling clean! The inside was perfect- comfy beds and bathrooms, everything worked well. The outside of the building was being cleaned while we were there so some noise and scaffolding interrupted the ocean view. I imagine that will be gone within a week.

Woken Up 2 Out of 3 Days

The place was clean. Everything worked well. Looked as advertised. All was great accept for the most important part, the ability to sleep. On the first night- both in the evening and morning a clicking noise coming from above the bathroom woke us up. I called to address it, and while responsive the Vacasa staff was dismissive. The third night there were loud sounds of running water from above the same bathroom. I did not bother to call the staff, as I was leaving. Very clean- but no sleep is really a bad way to spend some time away. I also thought the Vacasa team would have been a bit accomodating and empathetic

Great Place

The only reason I gave this a 4 was because if the blinds in the master room. They were terrible , and let the sun peak through most mornings. Also the bed was firm. I prefer a softer bed. Other than that the place is great. Nice bathrooms, and an awes kitchen. The view was wonderful also. Overall a very nice place to stay.
