Gather in the main living area and spill into the bright sunroom, where the sleeper sofa adds extra flexibility. Step outside to the backyard with seating and a BBQ grill for casual cookouts. Back inside, each bedroom features a smart TV, and the primary suite includes a desk if you need a quick workspace. A washer and dryer make longer stays a breeze.



You’ll also have access to a community outdoor pool, plus a golf cart and beach chairs to make island exploring even easier.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV; ensuite bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo. Sleeps 2.

• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, smart TV; Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with standing sink and shower/tub combo. Sleeps 2.

• Additional sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom. Sleeps 2.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 1, dual vanity, walk-in glass shower.

• Bathroom 2: Ensuite to Bedroom 2, single vanity, shower/tub combo.

• Bathroom 3: Jack-and-Jill style (shared with Bedroom 3), shower/tub combo.



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, or the garage fits 1 vehicle. Maximum of 2 vehicles total. Please do not block other driveways.

• Community amenities: Access to a communal outdoor pool.

• Golf cart: A golf cart is available for guest use during your stay.

• Beach gear: Beach chairs are provided in the garage for guest use.

• Extra ice: An additional ice maker is available.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are in the home.

• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home. Bringing a pet or evidence of one may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
