Coastal Cove Villa - Charming 2-bedroom condo in Fiddler’s Cove

Welcome to our recently renovated third floor villa in Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club! The open-concept floor plan includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a modern kitchen overlooking the living-dining area with a private balcony with seating which also provides storage for beach chairs and supplies.

KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING
Your well-appointed kitchen includes all of the essentials - new stainless steel appliances, stone countertops as well as separate coffee bar which overlooks the dining table, great for family meals or game nights. Step into the light and airy living room with sectional sofa great for reading or catching a movie on the smart TV.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There are two bedrooms (plus a sleeper sofa) that comfortably sleeps 6 along with two full bathrooms. The primary suite has a king size bed, one spacious closet as well as a dresser and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin/full bunk bed, closet and dresser and a bathroom right outside the door with a tub/shower combo. Linens provided for both bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa available for use.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Private balcony with bistro table for two is accessible through sliding doors off the main living room. Everything that your family needs for the beach and pool are available on the balcony storage including beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, and beach toys for the kids are ready for your use!

FIDDLER'S COVE AMENTITIES:
- Two outdoor seasonally heated/cooled pools (open March 1- Oct 31) and outdoor hot tub (open year round)
- Seven tennis courts, four pickleball courts and two racquetball courts
- Clubhouse with fitness room, ping-pong, and community space
- On-site playground
- Gas and charcoal barbecue grill stations with picnic areas are available on the property.
- Seasonal free Breeze Trolley rides with stop 15 right outside the property!
- Private beach access to Folly Field Beach (5 minute walk) requires a code to enter
- Public access to Folly Field Beach (7 minute walk) was renovated in November 2023 and includes restrooms, parking, vending machines, outdoor showers and benches.
- Access to Hilton Head’s expansive bike trails lead right outside of the property and are ready for you and your family to enjoy!

EXTRA PERKS & DETAILS:
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and board games and books. There are no elevators to access our third floor unit. Unassigned parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles in Fiddler's Cove lot. Vehicle info is required at booking for your pre-arranged parking pass to be given to you at check-in via the security gate. Parking is right outside the villa and there are always spaces available. No commercial, RVs, trailers, boats or motorcycles permitted per HOA.
