Courtside 113 är ett två våningar radhus, ett flyg över gatanivå. Courtside är 1. 5 kvarter från stranden och granne med Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Ett särskilt medlemskap hos Van der Meer ger Courtside gästerna tennis privilegier upp till en timme per dag per lägenhet. Denna gemenskap har två pooler på plats, en lagun med fontän och parkering vid ytterdörren för varje fastighet. Courtside ligger inom 3 kvarter från Coligny Plaza, strandmarknaden och parken. Great location!

The condo was a quick walk to the beach and had everything for a wonderful vacation. The rental company even offered a credit for beach rentals so we got bikes and beach chairs for free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Summer Vacay

Second time staying at Courtside Villas and did not disappoint. Walking distance to the beach and pool was a great treat afterwards. Coligny Plaza is just a quick bike ride or walk away for shopping and dining.

Great location

Great location, but lack of attention when it comes to cleaning. The cleaning crew just sweeps around everything, there was stuff under the kitchen and coffee tables. The kitchen walls need a good wipe down. There is also a lack of blankets in the unit. Towels in the unit are hit or miss, some are great and other are super thin and have holes. The noise from the pool goes on all night. The bikes are awesome to have.

Exactly as listed!

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Walking distance to nearly everything we did throughout the week including bike rentals which were nearby. Pool was clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend as we would not hesitate to come back for another stay.

Enjoyed our time!

Always love the location of this property. We have stayed at many courtside properties and this one was as nice as any! Clean, comfortable beds. We did have trouble finding extra sheets for the pullout couch bed. But we ended up not needing it so it was fine. If you plan to use it though, be cautious. Other than that it was a great stay and I only have good things to say!

Excellent stay!

Courtside 113 was very clean and tastefully decorated! Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Air conditioner worked well. Location was great - short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza, and a pool out the back door. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed our time very much! There was an easy walk to the beach and Coligny was an easy walk as well. The property management company was very responsive and friendly. If we decide to stay again, would definitely book this property again or any property with Seashore. The unit had updated bathrooms which was a super bonus because the bathroom is usually the deciding factor for me when I book somewhere. Overall the unit was perfect for our family of 5

Overall the condo and location were great. A quick walk to the beach, parks and restaurants. It was also great to have access to the Van der Meer tennis academy next door. The pool was also nice, the kids loved it. The condo needs major updating. It’s a little dirty ( dirt all over the side of the fridge, cracks ans peeling paint), windows upstairs wouldn’t open, the fan in the half bath in the first floor needs to be replaced it’s so loud and the two mattresses in the second bedrooms are loud you wake up every time you move. There are also not a ton of dishes ( wine glasses, water glasses and utensils). The two en suite bathrooms were nicely updated however. Overall we had a great stay but it would be nice if the owners gave the unit a bit more tlc

The property was in a great location and good space but 2nd bedroom bath could use some TLC. Acceptable for short term rental but updating somethings would make it a lot better for me to rent again. My family and I had a great visit to the Island and visit every year. Thanks for a reasonable place to rent.

Courtside 113

Place was convenient and location to beach Was roughly a 4 min walk. Pool was just down the stairs out the back patio! Overall a great stay, place needs some more updates but met our needs. The physical address attached to our check in was jncorrect and sent us to sea pines causing us another 40+ min out of our way with 3 kids after traveling all day.

Good deal

Great rental. Right next to pool. The bedrooms are upstairs so had to keep my toddler away from them. Walk to beach and restaurants/shops was about 1/2 mile so plan for that. But I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.
