Needs to be renovated

First impression was poor due to smell of mildew; old, dirty carpeting, lack of blackout shades; no pillows in 2nd bedroom; dirty cabinets and dishes; ancient glasses and not enough of them. Large unit and charming neighborhood courtyard & pool with an excellent location only 2 blocks to beach. Put in LVP throughput, get new dishes and glassware, blackout shades and we would rent here again. Do a deep carpet clean in the meantime.

Courtside 53

We had a nice stay at the condo. Everything was very clean and the condo was conveniently located to the beach and other attractions on the island. The pool and grounds were nice. Check-in was very easy, with the code for the door lock texted to us on the day of arrival. The kitchen cabinets and counters could use a refresh, and new cookware and dishes would make the stay nicer. At this rental rate, it was acceptable, but some upgrades would make the condo even better. Also, my sons said that the twin beds were noisy when they moved around. A nice bonus was a credit towards rental beach gear. There were choices for bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and carts. The gear was delivered and picked up at the condo, which was very convenient.

Great stay

Very nice property, walking distance to Van der Meer, beach, Coligny Plaza and restaurants. Unit was clean and pretty consistent with the pictures. We had a great time.

Great place for golf, tennis, beach and Coligny.

great location. perfect for people wanting beach or tennis. 1 hour of tennis is included but hours are between 12-2 and after 4pm during this time, no issues playing and courts were very good. Minor Constructive comment, need to have 1 or 2 pots, but that’s it, all the rest is great. Pool right out back was good too.

Great Place

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the townhouse. The location was perfect for the pool and the distance to beach was great. Only took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Very clean and everything worked like it should.

Great Value!

Courtside 53 was perfect for a long weekend stay! It was close to Coligny Plaza, restaurants, and other stores. We rented bikes and were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go. I’d 100% book it again!

Great Property

The property overall is well maintained, it was nice to have all the linens provided. The beach is right around the corner, we walked to it every day. The Pirate mini golf was a lot of fun, great places to eat (Cowboys Brazilian was a hit with our 2 teenage boys) The deck is small and has some large chairs which makes it a little difficult to navigate. The pool is in good condition as well. The only thing we weren't prepared for was all the jelly fish & stingrays, you just need to be careful in the water.

Vacation success

We had a fabulous time today n our HHI vacation. Property was exactly as listed. Great location to beach and coligny and loved being right by the pool. We had one little issue with AC but the property management answered and had someone out within the hour to get it fixed. Very happy with our trip and service. Would definitely timely stay again.

Nice clean townhouse very close to the beach and access to a pool. The TVs were outdated, but overall a very nice townhouse development and unit. Might procure a unit in the near future. By far, the best access point on the island for food, entertainment, and the best beaches.

Nice condo in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice condo. It is close to the beach with many shopping and eating options in walking distance. Biking or running trails all around the neighborhood and most of the island. Private pool and tennis fields are a great plus.

Disappointing!!!

As we checked into this unit we were shocked at how much cleaning needed to be done. Opened the cupboards to find what looked like someone had gone to a garage sale. Not 2 cups or glasses the same. With chipped and cracked plates. Carpet in the master bedroom was in waves. Very disappointed in this place. The rental company was very helpful.. but that meant that we had to be out for a day when the carpet was shampooed & they did extra cleaning

Overall stay wasn't terrible.....but for the total cost of two short weeks it just wasn't worth the money. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Televisions super small. Workers start on remodeling super early so unable to really sleep in due to racket.

Outdated but decent

Overall the place is as described. It could use a little updating and a good deep cleaning. The master bed is very hard and could use a good mattress pad or new mattress. The place was nicely stocked and they provided some paper towels, dish washing supplies and tissues. Outside of the few things mentioned it wasn’t a bad place at all. Great access to the pool if your there in the summer.

Superb location and unit

We loved the unit, the pool and location. All was great. The only downside was the silverware was not clean so we had to wash them all before using and the clothing washer was not very effective. Other than that, we would rent this place again.

Wonderful!

Our stay was nice. The neighborhood was quiet and the townhome was comfy. I enjoyed sitting out back viewing the pool at night. We were only 2 mins from the beach which was awesome! We will be back!!!
