Welcome to beautiful, private, Island Club Resort; Hilton Head Island's best kept secret for relaxation and family fun, with the beach in your back yard. Unit 2102

Amenities: First of all, the BEACH! This gorgeous gated, oceanside community has multiple private access points to breathtaking Folly Field Beach. Wide and flat, perfect for relaxing, swimming, fishing, walking, biking or just taking in the view.

Provided items: Beach towels, some toys, beach chairs (at least 2), pack and play, bed rail, umbrella stroller, booster seat, starter set of personal care products and dish/laundry soap.

The centrally located multilevel pool complex starts with the upper level tanning pool and spa for the enjoyment of those 18years and older, overlooking a pair of har-tru tennis courts. A waterfall cascades down to the main pool level and includes an adjoining, shaded cozy conversation area. The next level offers a zero entry kidddie pool with mushroom fountain overlooking the lovely lagoon. Something for everyone in one beautiful area.

Island Club Tennis Center has abundant available courts for tennis and pickle ball, teaching pro's, daily clinics, mixers and a pro shop with equipment for sale or rent. One hour free daily court time included in your rental. This is also the location of the fitness center, basketball court and bike rentals.

Steps from our door, enjoy the beachfront grilling picnic/party area with cornhole, tetherball, playsets and ocean view sundeck.
Location: Island Club is located mid island. It is two miles from Shelter Cove Marina and Retail Complex, The hub for watersports and cruises, waterfront dining, shopping and live entertainment. With the easy connection to the 60 mile Island biking trail system right outside the gate it is a fun and easy bike ride away, or take the seasonal running breeze trolley.

This oceanside condo is perfect for couples, families or multigenerational gatherings.

Hilton Head has an island wide quiet time from 10pm-7am.

This is a beachfront property, outdoor lights must be off during sea turtle season.

Pools and hot tub typically are open and heated(when needed)first week in March-first week in November weather permitting. Inquire for more specifics.
Pools are open from 9am-Sunset to be compliant with Department of South Carolina Environmental Services.

This was our second time staying at this property. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable; almost like just moving our home to the beach for a week!The view from the balcony, though partially occluded by the dunes, is lovely, particularly in the morning. The dunes also provided an unexpected bonus; a group of deer came through almost every day at dusk and dawn.

Wonderful! First floor unit which we appreciated having young children. And we still could see the ocean over the dune! The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were beach items for use as well including chairs, umbrellas, a small cooler, and a beach bag. The unit had a few toys for the children to enjoy as well. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very quiet. We will be back!

Our stay at this Hilton Head condo was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to easily make breakfast each morning, which made our stay even more convenient.The location was ideal—right on the beach, yet not too far into the island, making it easy to get around. We loved waking up to the ocean just steps away.The host was amazingly responsive and made everything seamless from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would definitely stay here again—such a perfect stay in every way!

If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, CLEAN, quiet, and conveniently located condo, book this one now! Plus you will get the benefit of a lovely, responsive host who has the gift of hospitality from afar!The unit has a lot of storage space in the kitchen and closets. Beach chairs, beach towels, all kinds of pool/beach toys, boogie boards, a backpack-cooler, and extra sunscreen are available. There are so many spices, teas, coffee, etc to tide you over until you make a grocery run. I packed all of these items (except for my VitaMix because there is one in the unit), but it’s nice to know that Diane thought of these things. The kitchen is beautiful. There is a water filter and pitcher inside the left door of the fridge. We loved the hooks at the door and in the MBR. Super helpful for keeping towels, hats, bags, etc, organized and off the floor. Our family of 4 relaxed comfortably in the living room. I loved the chair that swiveled and rocked. There were many books and games in the entertainment center. The back porch is private with seating for 4. It was nice to see no buildings, only the grass, dunes, and beach. We did not use any of the amenities of Island Club other than the grills. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. If you forgot something in the condo or needed to leave your tent and chairs on the beach for a lunch break, you are back in the condo in no time. Very tastefully decorated with serene color palette.

Just Perfect!

The condo was just perfect. Everything was as it said in the posting. It is updated, visually pleasing, had all the kitchen amenities that you would need, plus more than I had thought. The beach closet was packed full of chairs, umbrella, towels, toys! Perfect for a flyer who would have had to purchase all of that. Short walk to the beach and pool! Host was super communicative and checked in multiple times. All of the information for check in and check out was timely plus great recommendations on things to do and places to eat! Would recommend to family and friends and would pick to stay here on another visit to HHI!

I could not recommend this condo more! Not only did it come with a fully stocked kitchen and so many amenities for our toddler (booster/high chair attachment for table chairs, pack and play, beach toys), but Diane (the owner) was so kind and helpful! She was available for any and all questions and was so gracious. The condo was impeccable in both design/decor and cleanliness. The view/sound of the ocean from the patio was the best way to wake up in the morning. The ramp beach access on one side made it so easy to bring our wagon on the beach and the stair access with the playground on the other made for quick and fun evening beach visits. My husband and I both said we would love to rebook this for our annual trip! This condo was well worth every penny and made our trip phenomenal!

Fantastic property!

We cannot say enough about our stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Hilton Head. Every detail was taken care of, from the well stocked kitchen, to the beach amenities in the hallway closet. You could tell a lot of thought and care went into making this the perfect retreat. Beach access is literally steps away, and the ocean view from the living space and master bedroom were beautiful. The outdoor furniture on the patio was great for watching the sunrise. Diane was very responsive, and made sure our stay was a great one. We hope to return next year!

What a great find!
