Sea Side Villas is an ocean front complex that features a private pool, beachfront sundeck, and direct beach access via a beach boardwalk. Outdoor grills & picnic tables are available adjacent to the beach boardwalk. Secure gated parking is available to guests, along with an elevator and luggage carts for guest convenience. A shared washers and dryer room is located on each floor. All the amenities of this ocean front complex are yours to enjoy during your stay.

Don't worry about packing your beach gear! The following items are available during your stay:

A beach wagon
4 beach chairs
A cooler on wheels
Kids sand toys
Kids pool floats

Bring the little ones, we have everything they'll need for a comfortable stay. For families with children, we provide:

-A travel crib (please bring a travel crib sheet)
-Kids plates, cups, and silverware


No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the property.  Please help keep our home clean and comfortable for all guests.

Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the unit (including odor, smoke residue, ashes, cigarette butts, or burns) will result in a minimum $500 smoking fee, plus any additional costs for odor removal, deep cleaning, damage repair, or lost income if the property cannot be rented.
