Everything in this villa is ready for you to relax and worry about nothing! Fully remodeled and outfitted with every amenity you could imagine! Leave your worries behind and enjoy a first-class experience on HHI !!

This cozy space was designed for a premium experience - someplace where you can come for vacation and relax and worry about nothing. We’ve tried to think of every need and amenity and all the things we would value when we're on vacation!

Entry/Exit
The villa is an end unit and VERY private. Everything is on one level – just park and walk about 50 steps to the front door – NO STAIRS to haul things up and down!! Totally keyless entry via code – no worries about key exchanges or forgetting/losing keys. A hose is provided just outside the front door so please be kind and rinse all sand from persons and objects after your day at the beach. The famous Hilton Head bike path is right outside your front door – just jump on your bike and go!

Living Room
The living room is designed for maximum comfort AND function. After a long day at the beach, stretch out and relax on the HUGE sectional couch with chaise. Put your feet up and relax watching the 65" (!) fully-equipped Roku TV - all your favorite channels including HBO, Showtime, NFL Network, and The Golf Channel - or kick back and binge your favorite movies or TV shows - just use your own sign-on to access Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or whatever your app of choice may be. The coffee table top lifts up so you can eat or work while relaxing on the couch. And if you need extra sleeping space, you can find a full size pull-out bed (with mattress topper) in the couch and a twin size pull out with a memory foam mattress in the love seat. (Please Note: due to size of living room and configuration of sofa and love seat, it would be difficult to use both of these beds at the same time.) Of course, you may just sleep right on the couch because it’s so darn huge and comfortable!

Kitchen
Visually, you’ll be struck by the beautiful brand new cabinets and gorgeous butcher block island with 4 barstool chairs. All new appliances – range, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge – complete the picture. There's also a huge double sink with hose and garbage disposal. We hate walking into a vacation rental and finding empty cabinets and old dishes/cookware, so we have tried to supply everything you might possibly need. Your own kitchen at home might not be this well equipped! If you are the kind of person who likes to come on vacation and cook up a big meal at the end of a day at the beach rather than having to dress up and go out to a crowded restaurant, you’ve come to the right place! Here’s a list of some of the items included for your use:
• Programmable Coffee machine which can brew both the “traditional” way with a filter and pot, or can brew the single-serve K-Cups – so bring your favorites!
• CrockPot, Instant Pot, blender, waffle maker, electric griddle, toaster, electric can opener – there’s even a big ol’ stock pot if you want to make your own Low Country Boil!
• Dishes, cutlery, mugs, and glasses, and plenty of cookware and utensils! Baking dishes, measuring cups, ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, bottle openers, can opener, corkscrew, popcorn bucket, and a lemon/lime squeezer which is important for margarita-making! If you’re not sure, ask – we probably have it!

Bedroom
Recently remodeled, the beautiful bedroom comes with a queen size bed, equipped with a brand new pillowtop mattress, a Cuddlebed topper, AND an adjustable bed frame! Use that while enjoying the 50" Roku TV with all the same great channels and apps as the one in the living room. Nightstands on either side of the bed have built in power outlets and USB ports for convenient charging of all your devices at the end of the day - no crawling around on the floor looking for power. The whole room is decorated in shades of coastal blues, greens, and grays for ultimate relaxation. You may never want to leave!

Bathroom
The bathroom is also beautifully remodeled. You won’t believe the huge walk in shower with its beautiful tile and mosaic! It also includes a bench seat, a built-in shelf to hold your shampoos and such, and a multi-function showerhead. There is also a hose that detaches from the showerhead so you can get all that sand out of hard-to-reach spots! Bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and from the living room area for convenience. A blow dryer and curling iron are also provided for your use.

Extras
In front of the unit is a large deck box which also has some beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, etc. Feel free to use whatever you like – Just rinse and return when you’re done! Note: these items are provided as a courtesy only so we can't guarantee the condition or availability of any specific items.

Again, we’ve tried to make this a premium experience and included other perks and amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. For rainy days, we’ve provided a full complement of games for you to enjoy – including Monopoly, Scrabble, Hollywood Game Night, chess, backgammon, checkers, Exploding Kittens, and there’s even a HiltonHeadOpoly! There’s also a full set of cards and poker chips if you want a bit more adult gaming.

For those with infants, we have a Pack n' Play in the utility room that guests can use at their own discretion - if you take it to the beach, just be sure to rinse off all sand before repacking in the carrying case.

The complex has a full-size pool (April – October, sunup- sundown) and a coin laundry facility on property and very close to the villa.
