Welcome to Sunny Hilton Head and the Island Club Oceanfront Resort. The Island Club is a family-oriented resort nestled in 25 acres of prime oceanfront property. Island Club boasts expansive beaches and breathtaking sunrises.

This 3rd floor, direct oceanfront condo with a spectacular view was recently purchased in 2022! The unit is a 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom condo and will sleep 8. The fully stocked kitchen will help you prepare any or all your meals. The unit has very comfortable, pillowtop mattresses with Land’s End white sheets and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. Some renovations have been completed with further renovations planned for fall of 2022. Please refer to VRBO 395064 for reviews on unit 6404, that we have owned for 10+ years in the same complex. Based on the reviews of 6404 you will see that our cleaning crew cleans the unit according to COVID cleaning guidelines and most guests comment on the cleanliness of the unit.

If grilling is your speed, the Island Club offers and maintains gas grills from a beautiful picnic area overlooking the ocean. The Island Club also has every amenity imaginable including nine free tennis courts (including several clay courts), a large heated pool with a waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, a tanning pool, health and fitness center, hot tub, pickleball, basketball, children's playground and bike rentals. The pool and hot tub are open mid March through October. The pool is heated in the spring and fall. The Island Club is also a gated community with 24 hour security. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12.

Hilton Head has everything anyone could ever hope for in a dream vacation spot. Play a different golf course everyday if you choose, incredible shopping and dining and the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises anywhere on earth. The condo is very thoughtfully stocked. There was not an excess of anything but it did have everything we needed! We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs, stocked liquid hand soap, and ample seeding with the floor cushions. The view was wonderful! Island Club is not a new property, but well maintained and the beach is less crowded. We enjoyed staying there!

We enjoyed staying at the Island Club! The area is on the quiet side and is comfortable! The beach attendant, Trevor, was polite, helpful and a delight to talk with! We explored the Coastal Discovery Museum, took a Dolphin Cruise, made a Tye Dye shirt, purchased some items at the Farmers Market and attended a Turtle Talk which was most informative.

Tim and Melissa’s condo is beautifully renovated! The kitchen has upgraded appliances including a washer and dryer. The furniture is modern and comfortable. We have stayed at the Island club many times and this is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. The view of the ocean is spectacular! The beach is steps away! Tim and Melissa are wonderful hosts. We had a couple of minor issues and they were quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our 2-family vacation. The views were incredible, the condo itself was beautiful, and the owners were great at communicating. The cool cabana was a HUGE plus, as well as the beach chairs. We hated having to leave!

Hilton Head Getaway

We have been renting a place at The Island Club for the past 5 or 6 years and have family (about 60 people) that do the same. This is by far the best unit that we have stayed in and better than any that we have seen. It is very well furnished and decorated so nicely with the more personal photography. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms simply top notch. The "lifeguard" chairs on the balcony provide a great opportunity to enjoy the ocean view while enjoying your morning coffee or an end of day cocktail. I would recommend

What a beautiful, very clean condo with a great view of the ocean!

We spent hours looking at places to stay in Hilton Head, and we picked a winner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim and Melissa’s condo! Everything about it was high quality, new and comfortable: the furniture (especially the beds—so comfy!) decor, appliances, floors, bathrooms, etc. We also enjoyed Tim’s gorgeous photography throughout the condo. The balcony has taller than average chairs (with tables) for a great view of the ocean. I spotted a dolphin a couple of times. Tim and Melissa are wonderful with communicating. The location is convenient to all the best tourist activities. If we visit Hilton Head again, this is where we would want to stay.

Loved this place!!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities! Loved the balcony chairs/tables! Would stay here again! On one section the listing says it sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms. It’s actually 2 bedrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, just to be aware. Also, there is not a tub in either bathroom-both are just showers. But that could just be that the listing hasn’t been updated since the remodel. Other than that, you won’t be disappointed staying here at all!

Perfect in every way!

We stay in Hilton Head every year for a beach vacation. This condo was perfect. The view of the ocean can’t be beat and the patio is a perfect spot for watching the sunrise. The condo is beautifully renovated and is appointed with great touches throughout! The beds and pillows are super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked- no need to bring anything from your own kitchen! Great beach chairs and towels… we honestly couldn’t ask for more.

Ocean Front Gem

We have been to HHI many times and this property was by far the cleanest and most updated we have rented. We are from Colorado and an ocean front property with a direct view and access to the ocean was our top priority. This is that property. The accommodations were well appointed and the condo is close to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal or make a good cup of coffee. Tim and Melissa were very helpful from the time of the booking to our departure. We will be back.

AMAZING!

We just got home from a week on the beautiful island. My spouses family has been coming to the Island Club on HHI since 1979. We have vacationed here almost every year for the past 19 years of our marriage so we have stayed in many units. This unit was one of the best! Well stocked, SUPER CLEAN...which is a must for me. The owners are fantastic to work with as well. The only suggestion I would make is to have a pot big enough to cook pasta and corn on the cob. LOL We already made arrangements to stay in this unit next year! Keep up the excellent ownership and attention to your renters...it makes a big difference and you are doing an amazing job doing so to this point.

A home away from home

What a perfect condo! We have stayed at Island Club numerous times, but never treated to all the various comforts this condo offered. From the second you step through the door, you are greeted with a perfect ocean view. The owners have created a peaceful ambience with stylish details. The furniture was of the utmost comfort from the superior support of the bedding to the additional mattress padding for the pull out sofa. The living area allowed for numerous guests and the furnishings were clean and cozy. Beautifully updated, step in showers with rain shower heads as well as adjustable handheld shower heads provided not only luxury but functionality for our older guests.. No detail was left out of the kitchen design. All appliances were clean and in perfect working condition. The refrigerator was spacious, providing the room to store and prepare meals for our family. Too many wonderful things to mention! Definitely 5 stars!

Wow! What a great vacation!

First off, Tim and Melissa were very courteous, easy to work with and accommodating. They even had a wonderful welcome gift waiting for us and it sure came in handy when we were relaxing on the wonderful balcony with that million dollar ocean view. Speaking of the view, no need to go to the beach for a sunrise picture. The sun comes up right in to this unit and it is a fantastic view. Check in was super easy and so was access to the property in general. Third floor and close to elevator, so in and out was easy. This is our second year at Island Club and we sure hope to be back...especially in this unit! Pictures of the room were accurate and it was so clean when we checked in, it was as if we were the only people to ever been there. Spotless, fresh and it was easy to tell the pride that Tim and Melissa have in their property.. The unit was well stocked with wonderful towels and bedding, start up supplies, and all the kitchen amenities you could need. Plenty of space with a King Bed, 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa and very important, 2 full bathrooms. Nice dining room table with benches and chairs and super comfortable couch and loveseat, and of course great TV's and Wifi access. Air conditioning worked great, nice washer and dryer, great fridge, and they even had beach chairs we could use. I can't say enough about this unit. I hated to leave. It really was as if we had our own personal vacation property. This is the 18th year in a row that my family and I have been to HHI for vacation and I am only sorry that I did not get a unit that Tim and Melissa own earlier. I hate to give such a wonderful review because somebody else may get in front of me the next time we want to rent! LOL!!! I highly recommend this unit and would not hesitate to request to rent it again. If you are reading this review and you are on the fence about booking, get off the fence and book this unit, You will not be sorry! I just hope you don't get the week I want to book! :

Nice condo

This property was very clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay, however there were 7 of us and the bedroom that had two beds was very tight quarters. The owner was great in responding to communication. I would go back, although probably with a smaller group.
