    The Space:

    Welcome to Shorewood 511, an amazing oceanfront condo that has been completely renovated, restocked, and redecorated for 2023 to include all new TV, furnishings, mattresses, and inventory. Some of the closest attractions are the island’s very best! Nearby Coligny Plaza is a great place for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The kids will have fun playing in the fountain at Coligny Beach Park! Rent bikes and ride the miles of bike paths, or you may want to just rent an umbrella and chair from the lifeguard and relax with a book on the beach!



    As you walk in you are immediately greeted by the tremendous view from the large windows in the living space, providing the most sensational view of the ocean you can imagine. The 5th floor on Hilton Head Island is as high as possible! Enter into the foyer that lends itself to the well-stocked kitchen, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances. Additionally, it sports beautiful granite counters, ample pantry and cabinet space, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare daily meals and more. The kitchen offers a view of the living and dining space, making entertaining fun and easy from the hub of this home. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table. The views from the living area windows are amazing in their own right, but the scenery from the balcony off the living room will take your breath away. The bathrooms and primary bedrooms have also been updated for 2023. Take a refreshing shower before lounging comfortably in your king bed as the evening winds down while watching your favorite shows on TV. Enjoy the sights of the white sands and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean from your 5th-floor balcony - just breathtaking!



    Shorewood is a beautiful and highly-desired oceanfront complex in the South Forest Beach area of Hilton Head and has a centrally located zero-entry oceanfront pool, spa, and baby pool, as well as a security gate at the main entrance.

3 years of amazing memories

This is our third year staying in this condo and it once again was nothing but exceptional. The location is perfect and provides a balcony overlooking the ocean which is great to enjoy after a sun filled day. The pool is perfect especially for young families. The condo itself is always well stocked and clean. We are looking forward to returning and continuing to make memories next year.

Awesome rental property.

Such a nice place with activities all around in walking distance. It was perfect for our family with little kids! We enjoyed the beautiful view out the massive living room windows and the pool amenities! Nearby restaurants and park are great perks!

Beautiful ocean retreat

This is a wonderful, beautifully decorated condo that offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy Hilton Head Island. Both the balcony and the two comfortable chairs positioned by the living room windows offer incredible ocean and beach views--truly the perfect spot to soak up the soothing and restorative properties of the ocean. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location for families and a very easy walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated very cute. We cooked limited things, but found the kitchen utensils stocked for our needs. The ocean views were amazing!!

Had a great time. The location was PERFECT. The wifi was out for most our stay which was a bummer but not a huge issue. The condo was nice and clean. We loved staying on the top floor. Hope to be back!
