O-Shello Beach Villa - Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping.

Feel right at home and relax in this comfy two bedroom townhouse just a 5 min walk to the beach and just steps from the private complex pool. The beach of the Atlantic is brought right to you with eclectic oceanic decor.

Across the street Coligny Plaza provides all of your needs. In addition to specialty shops, there’s a grocery store, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, cinema, hardware store, candy store, summer concerts, and a variety of restaurants and bars, most with live entertainment. For kids there are playgrounds, splash pads and SandBox, an indoor recreational area for kids including a climbing wall and spaceship.

On the second floor there is a king size bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom. You’ll find two sets of bunk beds, twins on top and doubles on the bottom, in the guest bedroom also with its own bath. The townhouse sleeps 8.

The townhouse is fitted with a dining area, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor patio dining with gas grill and views of the pool. Villa also has a full-sized washer and dryer. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included. Pets are allowed with a $200 Pet Fee up to a maximum of 2 dogs with weight under 40 lbs/each, must have all shots and flea treatments. NOTE - Pets are not allowed on the patio or in the courtyard at any time. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. If reported the fine is $500.

Everything you need is within walking distance. There are also free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Biking is a must as bike trails are everywhere on Hilton Head. Several bike rental companies are within walking distance of the townhouse. There are world renowned golf courses all around the island with some of them being nearby at Shipyard and Sea Pines. THe PGA Heritage tournament is held nearby every spring.

Included for you convenience are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and pool/beach towels and lots of sand toys. All of your essential needs are here.

We pride ourselves in providing our guests with professional and personal service.

During the Spring/Summer months (from mid March through Labor Day) and certain major holidays we only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rates are available for January and February. Otherwise, daily rentals are available with a three night minimum stay.

Great location and proximity to Coligny Plaza, Piggly Wiggly, and of course the beach! Wendy is a great host and very easy to stay in contact with. 2 1/2 baths and plenty of beds, good kitchen, washer/ dryer and the pool is great!

The Villa was great! It met our needs/wants perfectly. The villa was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well-appointed. We appreciated that while it is right in the heart of the shopping/ restaurants/ and beach area, it was still a quiet space to retreat to at the end of the day. Wendy was easy to work with and very responsive when i had questions. Check in and check out process was smooth. I have no complaints and would happily stay here again.

A Memorable Place

My wife and I continue to talk about our time at Hilton Head. We wish we were still there. O-Shello had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a short walk away and so are the restaurants. We woke up and headed to the beach every day. We appreciate how Wendy was so attentive and responsive. We would love to go back and stay at O-Shelli in the future.

Great week at the beach

We had a fantastic time at Oshello! We had 3 kids, my husband and I, and our 2 dogs. We all fit in the space with no issues (except our 6’4 son who would hit his head on the bunk, but he didn’t complain). The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. All communication was perfect- from how to find the property, how to get to the beach, and all other instructions. We loved the location- super easy walk to the beach, even with all our gear. We brought our own chairs and such, but we were happy to see all the extra chairs and wagons as well. Food was a quick walk or drive away. Lots of things to do were also nearby. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Wendy’s unit was quite a surprise! Even though all the reviews pointed out a very high ranking, you never know. It exceeded our expectations. With a very nice proximity to the beach, Coligny, Plaza, and a numerous amount of restaurants. The pool area was well-maintained and the pool itself was very clean and inviting the unit was very well furnished and very very clean Wendy went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable on the beach, including extra chairs and a couple of coolers very good experience at Hilton Head Island!! Thanks Wendy!

Perfect location, great space & best host EVER!

Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my daughter’s 15th bday with 3 of her friends! We were greeted with birthday decorations and celebration gifts. The bunk beds were super comfortable and each girl had their own bed. I had my own room, the living room had plenty of chairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Just 2-3 blocks from EVERYTHING! The pool was only steps away. Just PERFECT!

Comfortable & Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay! The addition of a high chair and a pack-n-play made it much easier with our 11 month old. Everything was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. The location was great — just a short walk from restaurants, shopping and the beach. We will definitely return! Our host, Wendy, was a very prompt communicator and did absolutely everything she could to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The Perfect Place

We absolutely loved this unit and it's location, I don't think we could have found a more perfect place for our family. It is stone's throw away from all of the shops, restaurants and grocery store, very short walk to the beach, and across the street from a playground. The unit is located in a very quiet area away from any noise, clean and cozy, has everything you need ( beach chairs, toys and towels, etc) and the pool is also a few steps away from the back patio. We cannot wait to visit again!

Wendy and the location and the condo were great! Don’t store things in outdoor fenced area, but otherwise, it was perfect for us. We’ve stayed at that complex at least 3 times now and will look to do so again.

Great location for a family get together

Our family recently stayed at this lovely townhome. The kitchen is well stocked, beds were comfortable, pool refreshing and courtyard views beautiful from the backyard patio. The owner was great to work with and VERY receptive to requests. Thank you, Wendy for allowing us to stay at your home. If we ever travel to the area again, our family would stay at your unit again.

Great Location / Nice house

The location is amazing and allows visitors to walk or bike to the beach, restaurants, parks, and shopping. The house is well stocked with beach supplies (beach wagons, chairs, toys). Our three year old loved the Kids kitchen and the real kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was a great communicator and we had a very simple check in and check out experience. Overall 5 Star experience.

Excellent location! Easy short walks to the beach, Coligny Plaza, several restaurants. Owner Wendy was Awesome to work with and very responsive to providing information. The unit had everything we needed. Our 35 lb Golden Doodle was very welcomed and we loved having her with us to experience the beach.

Location. Location. Location.

This is the best place to stay ! You can walk everywhere from here! And, I love that the master had a king bed - unlike some of the other condos in the area. The place was stocked with everything you would ever need for cooking in the kitchen and the beach ! Seriously. Wendy was a wonderful hostess ! I will definitely be back !

The Coligny Villas have always been great before!!! ShellO needs a lot of repairs! Roaches on floors, made to look rustic but dirty floors ! Check out by 10 no problem but you do everything but clean the place!!! Not again!!!
