Ocean One 419 är OCEAN FRONT på fjärde våningen i en fem våningar hiss byggnad. Detta 3 sovrum 3 badrum har en miljon dollar visa och har totalrenoverats i för din njutning. Om du känner HILTON HEAD du vet att denna plats är gångavstånd till Coligny Plaza, shopping, tennis, restauranger, teater, nattliv och mycket mer. Det är roligt för alla åldrar minuter.
Ocean One har lagt till ett helt nytt grillområde till komplexet precis utanför poolen.
Denna enhet har 3 havet balkonger, en stor balkong utanför vardagsrummet och två mer bunden till 2 Ocean Front sovrum. Varje rum har en privat badrum. Havet främre Befälhavaren har en kung säng, och den andra vid havet sovrummet har 2 Queen sängar. Den 3: e sovrummet är en stor umgås för barnen, med en våningssäng som är en dubbel på botten och en tvilling på toppen. Den 3 sovrum har också en bäddsoffa med TV och DVD-spelare. Alla rum har plattskärms-TV, och om du vill bo i och hyra filmer du kommer att kunna njuta av dem på vår 55 "LCD vardagsrum platt-TV. Du kommer också att laga mat i ombyggda kök med granit bänkskivor, nya apparater, nya skåp, och alla kokkärl och redskap du behöver.

Condo is great, but needs some new appliances

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and spacious and was in a great location and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The only reason I’m giving it 4 in stead of 5 stars is that the appliances, particularly the refrigerator and dish washer both need to be replaced. They are both worn and rusty and need to be replaced.

Family vacation

This was our first stay in Hilton Head island and we will definitely be back and will rent this unit if available. The only negative was only allowing parking for 2 cars but the guard at the gate recommended parking at low country celebration park and that worked out well

Great Location!

Great location! So close to Coligny and a great view of the ocean from the 3 balconies! Plenty of space, well stocked with all essentials. Hosts were very communicative. I would definitely stay here again!

Would've been great except....

The location of this condo is wonderful - it's right on the beach and very close to Coligney. When we booked this place, we picked a 4th floor spot so that we could see the beach from the balcony. Ended up getting an email shortly before our trip saying that there would be construction, but that it wouldn't get in the way of our view. The day of the trip, as we're headed there, we got a call that the AC was out in the condo we rented, so they moved us to another one on the 3rd floor. Well, I guess that would have to be ok, since we were on the way and ready to have our nice vacation. They also mentioned that they had started construction and that there would be scaffolding now outside the balcony. So, we get to the condo - and it's lovely. BUT, construction everywhere, noise all day, and a now quite blocked view of the beach. How disappointing. I reached out to the manager, who offered a 20% discount for the troubles, and I agreed. Now, it's been 3 weeks since our trip and ZERO communication from the manager, despite me sending 3 separate emails asking when the money would be returned. As much as I liked the location and the place itself, I doubt I will EVER use this site again due to this incompetence. And I'll be sure to let everyone and anyone know about this.

Family trip.

Enjoyed our visit to HHI. The condo is very well equipped and close to everything. Weather was perfect and we had a great time. Parking is a little limited but we always seemed to find a spot without an issue.

Absolutely wonderful!

Such a beautiful home with lovely views. My family needed a short getaway for rest and time together. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Thank you for creating such a warm and inviting space. We were truly blessed.

Black mold, dirty (black feet), and broken glass

The location and view were great, but the condo was filthy. We spent our first night cleaning the place. We had to take the time and spend the money to go buy cleaning supplies for the VERY dirty floors (all of our feet and babies knees were black). After traveling all day it was extremely disappointing and tiring for all of us to spend that first night going to go buy and then clean the condo. The fridge water dispenser had black mold which we didnt notice for about two days; it was very upsetting when we found it and ended up having to go to the store again and buy jugs of water for the entire week (one person had noticed their throat feeling off). The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and we had to wash all of their dishes. We found broken glass on the master bathroom counter, open safety pin on the floor along with other small objects (we had a crawling baby!), and the bunk bed room tub didnt drain well and was sandy. Two of the three shower curtains had black mold on them with the master one downright appalling. I emailed the management company with pictures and they came out the following Monday and tried to fix everything (the black mold fridge dispenser could not be fully cleaned). It appears between guests they just replaced linens and picked up but did not actually clean the place. The beach chairs were very rusty and one not usable...we joked that we hoped everyones shots were up to date. The outdoor furniture had black stuff constantly falling from it which made the patio dirty. I believe we should be provided monetary consideration since we had to spend time and money to clean the place that didnt appear to have been cleaned in a really long time. Definitely not how we expected to spend our vacation we traveled across the country for and spent a lot of money on.

Perfect!

We had a last minute getaway and this property was perfect in location, bedrooms, well stocked kitchen needs. We loved the 3 balconies, proximity to beach and Coligny. Will stay again !

Lovely view and very clean!

Nice condo, much bigger than pictures. Plenty of storage space and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils you would need. (Except a can opener!). The kids loved the pool and the easy walk to Coligney. Loved it all. Highly recommend. Would retun

Beautiful property, fantastic location

We stayed at Ocean One 419 in June 2021. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers and it slept us perfectly. It is so close to Cologne which we visited most days to get ice cream or icees. The beach was super crowded, especially at high tide but I’m not surprised because it was summer. My only complaints were that there was only one dish towel and there were plenty of pillows but most of them didn’t have pillow cases. Other than that, it was pretty well stocked. I would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful Property

This was a great stay for us. Two couples with 2 teen girls and the accommodations were perfect! There is an en suite bathroom in each bedroom, a nice loveseat and television in the bunk room and more than enough space for 6 people to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view from our balcony. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. The fridge was cold and ready for our food. You are close to absolutely everything! The pool area was beautiful and well kept. Nice washer and dryer, extra beach chairs and a boogie board. So much to do in the area and a great place to relax in the evenings. Check out the Tikki Hut next door with a walk up bar from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and comfortable

We booked 2 days prior to arrival for my sons tennis tournament at Smith Stearns which is at Sea Pines - 3-4 miles away on the island. The building is older however however sound is well insulated, A/C worked very well, washer dryer in unit was brand new and worked very well, TVs in all rooms with cable worked very well and I was able to hookup my own Roku as well. Internet speed was 15-20MbPS - decent enough and allowed us to stream roku as well as let me work remotely and my son to do his online courses. Ocean One is one of the closest properties to Coligny Circle, and it is also one of the closest to the beach. Pool and beach access very convenient. I’m writing this review from the Tiki Bar right next door that is part of another property/resort called Beach House. You can get drinks and food right on the beach and chill on their outside bar area. Overall very pleasant stay. Mert
