The Space:

Welcome to a fully reimagined coastal sanctuary. Every inch of this villa has been meticulously updated to provide a premium vacation experience. The living area features luxury vinyl plank flooring and a contemporary open-layout design bathed in soft, designer tones that reflect the island’s natural beauty. The chef-inspired kitchen is equipped with white shaker cabinetry, an expansive island, and gleaming quartz countertops, providing both functionality and a social hub for the home.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for versatility. The primary bedroom offers a restful retreat, while the hallway features two integrated twin-sized bunks—ideal for children. For additional guests, the living room includes a high-quality queen-size pull-out sofa. The bathroom is a standout feature, showcasing a designer-tiled walk-in shower and a modern vanity. To ensure evenings are as fun as the days, a dedicated game closet is stocked with board games, cards, and DVDs. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the salt air and views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth arrival, one complimentary parking pass is included with your stay; additional passes may be purchased through the resort for $35. Please note that while we provide a fully equipped kitchen with plates, glassware, and cookware, we do not provide cooking basics such as oils, spices, or chopsticks. In compliance with community regulations, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the property. We recommend bringing your own beach towels to enjoy the pool and ocean.

Everyone was very friendly, the check-in was great. The pool was very nice and big. The room was as described. Perfect for our little family. The only thing that I would suggest for the property is the boardwalk getting to the beach I feel needs replaced or worked on. Just needs a little maintenance. There were several areas that I felt like could Splinter a foot. And one day there was a nail or a screw that I stepped on even with my shoes that could have really hurt someone. But I must say by the time I went to notify somebody of that it had already been taken care of, so that was pretty fast work on the maintenance crew. It just needs a little upkeep on that Boardwalk is all. I can't imagine with being so near all that sand and salt water I'm sure it's very hard to keep it perfect all the time. Aside from that, I would say it was a 5 out of 5. And absolutely nothing to do with the owners of the unit. I love to how quick they were to respond when I would send them a message, and they communicated with me everything perfectly from the time I booked. Check-in was very easy and I didn't think we'd be able to check in before but we arrived about 2:00. We had planned on just going to the beach until check in. But as we were unloading our vehicle we got a message saying that the unit was ready and we were able to check right on in. We didn't ask to do that but they sent us a message and it worked out perfect.

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and nice. It was well laid out to make the most of the space. We seemed to be in the best building for easy access to both the pool and the beach. Closest to the activities.
