The kitchen, living room and dining room are all located on the first floor of the home, along with a powder room. The bedrooms of 22 Turtle Lane Club are located on several higher levels of the home with stairs leading to each and include a master suite with king bed and bath with separate tub and walk-in shower and an adjacent bedroom with Full bed that can be closed off for privacy or left open. Guests using this adjacent bedroom will share the master bath with occupants of the master suite. A guest suite with king bed, private bath and walk-in shower and separate guest suite with 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa and full bath with shower/tub combination complete the bedrooms. There is also a half bath on the first floor for guest convenience.

Guests will enjoy the convenience of the keyless entry and can use the garage to store beach gear, bikes and golf clubs. One of the Turtle Lane Club swimming pools is just a short walk from the front door of 22 Turtle Lane Club, and of course, the beach is just steps away behind the home making this home optimally placed within the complex. Please note, this home does not have a landline.

Turtle Lane Club is one of the most popular vacation spots on Hilton Head Island. The pristine beaches and the central Sea Pines location create endless possibilities for fun. The oceanfront complex has private beach access, two swimming pools and private gated entry. In addition, the proximity of Turtle Lane Club is an easy walk to some of Sea Pines' finest amenities. The Plantation Golf Club with two 18-hole championship golf courses and the Fraser Tavern restaurant are just across the street, and the Sea Pines Beach Club is right next door where you can enjoy a beachside lunch or dinner as well as evening entertainment and a trolley station with routes throughout Sea Pines during summer months. Since Turtle Lane Club is just steps away from the Beach Club, guests can walk to the Beach Club very easily.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
