PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. We kindly ask that heating is ordered in advance of the stay. If the outdoor temperature falls below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not function properly and the pool may not reach the desired temperature. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool heating equipment cannot maintain the temperature.

Very nice. Fantastic pool….though it should be noted that there is not much shallow space. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had some trouble with the stove, but that could have been user error. The Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There were PLENTY beach chairs and beach toys available. Very very nice.

Wonderful Family Property

This beautiful home had everything! Pool, dock for fishing and kayaking, short bike ride to beaches, and , of course, Hilton Head Island- it doesn't get better than that!!

Great property!

Great property! This house is in an excellent location. The living/dining area is huge and exactly like the photos. Pool and outdoor area is great. One thing I will mention is that for large groups, the kitchen lacks for a number of basic things: stemware, r glasses, non stick pans, measuring cups, paper products, scissors, and several other basics I would expect a place to have for the price. Overall, an excellent spot.

Loved this property

We could not have enjoyed a property more. The pool was wonderful with shaded sections throughout the day. The walk to the beach wasn’t long. There were multiple seating options in the living area and we loved that the dining table seated 10. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed, as we cook all 3 meals every day. We especially enjoyed the griddle and the prep area with its own sink. The air conditioning worked well and we made good use of the 2nd refrigerator. The house was well supplied with soaps, cleaner, and paper products. Laundry detergent was a nice bonus. Thanks so much for all these supplies. 2 suggestions: please sharpen the kitchen knives and add a dish drainer. Overall: great property and outstanding management company.

Wonderful location for families

Kids loved pool and tidewater river. Fishing and two kayaks were big hit with teens. Half mile walk to lovely beach. House smaller than pictured but adequate for five adults, two little kids and two teens. Most time spent in pool and around large dock. Resident alligator fun to watch.

An Incredible Trip!!

We loved everything about the house!!!!Our family from NZ adored the pool and even the hot weather as they left their winter to come to see us!!! Great location

The place overall is really great. We loved kayaking on the waterway and it was perfect to come in for a swim after a day on the beach. The home was well stocked and management company was great. The only thing I would say is that I wished the bed linens and towels had been softer. That change would make the place perfect!

Great Family Vacation

Grandparents, adult children and 2 grandchildren had a great stay at this home! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The family area was perfect - kitchen, double living area and dining room all in one area. The pool and dock to fish on provided constant entertainment for everyone. Short walk to beach - even little ones did it! Golfing (miniature for kids and beautiful courses for adult!) biking, pirate adventure, lighthouse, restaurants! So much to do!

Fabulous Family Find!

This was an amazing find for our first family vacation. Three sets of adults and one toddler met here for a week, and were thoroughly delighted with the house and the setting. The online pictures acurately captured the beauty of the house and the yard, but could not possibly convey the spaciousness and sense of privacy we felt while staying here. Each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom, which was an important feature for us. The kitchen was well-appointed and could accommodate several cooks. The extra fridge in the garage was a bonus for beverages and big leftovers. The living area had room enough for reading, conversations, and an active toddler with toys. The neighborhood provided plenty of calm roadways for stroller and walking, the beach was just a quick walk away, and the pool and water views were relaxing. Amenities were handy, including groceries, restaurants, and ice cream, and a local plaza had a small but fun farmer / craft market one day. The whole process, from booking to arrival, was thoughtful, communication was thorough, and we felt supported and welcomed. Fun addition was the guest portal with information and communication capabilities. The few times we needed to contact our host we could do so quickly and we received a prompt response. The VRBO bar was set very high with this host and property and if we return to this area I would book this house again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great location

We really enjoyed the vacation and the accommodation. The pool was nice and we rented bikes, which was so much fun with all the nice bike paths. The house was clean and no major issues. The door locks could be tightened up with a screwdriver.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our trip. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and in nearby ponds. The walk to the beach was short and there is a wagon provided, which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer 2022 vacation

This vacation house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under age 4. Ranch style house made no worries about stairs with the kids. The house was very clean upon arrival. The open floor plan and pool were perfect. Beach towels were much appreciated! We didn’t use the boats/dock. The inlet water level fluctuates a lot so we wouldn’t need that next time but it did not negatively effect our stay.

Gorgeous Backyard

This was a great experience with the host. They were very engaged and made sure we felt comfortable. The home was nice and great for a family get together. The backyard was incredible and idyllic, a great place to have coffee. Make sure to bring bug spray! It was a little bit of a trek to the beach with toddlers, but other than that, it was a wonderful home!

Beautiful House!

The house was so beautiful, and the back yard was perfect. They supply two kayaks and life vests to enjoy the bay, and we absolutely loved it. The house was well stocked with everything you need, and they layout is perfect for a family vacation. We had a few questions while we were staying there, and they were promptly answered by the team. It was the perfect, relaxing stay after our wedding!
