The place is clean. The staff seemed annoyed vs. friendly. Not as much as a smile. Hardly welcoming. The desk is set up in a room and they talk through glass as if it’s a truck stop vs. HHI. I stayed, I slept, it worked.

We are proud to have all our staff members. For the safety of our staff we set up our Check-in Office in one of hotel guest room- ROOM NO.115 since March 2020 for contactless check-in with glass panel like a drive though window. What is wrong with it? It takes two minutes to check in a guest if you have your ID and payment ready. Thank you for staying and thank you for your feedback.

Late Check Out Fees is 150.00 . Check out -On time or Pay late check out fees and extend your check out time. Our policies are very clearly posted online. First floor rooms are sold on first come-first rented basis because we do not have any premium rates for first floor rooms which I personally think we should but our rate manager does not think so. Despite renovations that had closed the actual lobby, signage directed us to a nearby room, where check in was efficient and polite. The room is immaculate. Well done!

You get the basics - very plain. The staff is very bossy. There’s a kitchen but nothing to use in the kitchen. The building/rooms feel old and out of date. What’s been redone has been cheaply renovated.

Except General Manager all staff members are very polite and friendly. We are searching for a better GM for this location. Expect simple rooms with basic amenities at Simple Rewards Inn. The kitchenette room is for long term -monthly, yearly guests only. You were given that room as an upgrade, only because the guest checked out from that room after six months and we did not had any reservation for that room for next three nights. The motel was built in 1988, exterior corridor property , three story building. We are sorry to hear that you thought it is a cheap renovation! Thank you for your feedback.

Simple and inexpensive place to stay in that area. Room was clean and was surprised there was a humidifier in the room, it made my sleep much better. Shower water pressure is very good !

A surprisingly good stay! The room has been remodeled with quality furnishings. The HVAC system was a new Frigidaire unit and was very quiet. The refrigerator was larger than expected and was very handy. The bathroom was extremely clean….toilet and tub were new, shower was great with fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. The king size bed was comfortable and so was the couch. TV and Internet were fine. This property had an elevator which made access to the upper floor easy. Very friendly staff! We would definitely stay in this facility again!

Hidden gem. The room was so clean, quiet, comfortable beds and hot shower. Large refrigerator, washer and dryer on site. They are remodeling the office area, so no breakfast, but they did have coffee, doughnuts, and bananas.

Nice place, good value
Nice place, good value. Has been recently renovated, everything new and modern. Bed was comfortable. Nice there was a couch to sit on instead of just the bed. Also appreciated the refrigerator and freezer.
