Freshly renovated in early 2025 with new furniture, flooring, and paint throughout, this home blends elegant updates with the comfort of home. The expansive open concept living area feels chic yet cozy, with large picture windows filling the space with natural light and stunning lagoon views. Two separate living rooms, each featuring their own sleeper sofa, give guests plenty of room to spread out, with Smart TVs in multiple spaces keeping everyone entertained. The fully renovated kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with high end appliances and ample prep space, plus a large family dining table seating eight and a spacious island offering additional seating for casual meals.

This home's four bedrooms each feature their own en-suite for ultimate convenience. The primary suite offers a king bed and a spa like en-suite with a walk-in rain shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom features another king bed with an en-suite tub and shower combo, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds and its own en-suite walk-in shower. A fourth bedroom with four twin beds and an en-suite walk-in shower rounds out the sleeping arrangements, perfect for kids or a larger group. Two additional queen sleeper sofas in the living and family rooms add even more flexible sleeping space for the whole group.

Take a dip in the 18 by 25 foot free form pool, launch a kayak directly from the private dock into the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system, or gather for a meal at the outdoor dining area for six. Getting Around:
A car is recommended for getting around Hilton Head Island, but the area is also very bike-friendly with miles of scenic trails and easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Bike rentals are readily available throughout the island.

Other Things to Note:
✓ Beach towels, beach cart, and 4 chairs are provided.
✓ Parking available for 5 vehicles in the driveway and garage.  
✓ Street parking and parking on unimproved surfaces (like grass or pine straw) are prohibited by the town.  
✓ Located in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes; a car pass is required for each vehicle.  
✓ One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
✓ Please contact your Host to purchase additional passes before arrival for $40 per week.
✓ The pool does not have safety equipment. All activities are at your own risk.
✓ The pool is not heated.
✓ PET POLICY: 1 dog 60 lbs or less, or 2 dogs with a combined weight of no more than 100 lbs, is allowed. A nonrefundable pet fee of $300 (covers up to 2 dogs) applies and is not included in your VRBO booking total. Our team will request this fee separately after your reservation is confirmed.
✓ The fireplace is not available for guest use.  
✓ Minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25. 
✓ Quiet hours are enforced by the Town of Hilton Head Island from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
