    At home, enjoy breezy outdoor relaxation on the private deck or fire up the grill for a barbecue in the sunshine. If you’d prefer to venture out, you’ll find The Jazz Corner, Coligny Beach Park, and Harbour Town Lighthouse within six miles offering waterside fun and entertainment.



    Designed for modern comfort, the condo features vaulted ceilings, elegant coastal decor, and a host of updated amenities. Prepare at-home meals easily in the full kitchen hosting stainless steel appliances, then dine together or play board games at the table. A pass-through window makes it easy to serve up home-cooked meals. Plush sofas and a smart TV are ready for casual downtime or family movie nights. As the evening winds down, utilize the private washer/dryer for beach gear and swimsuits, then kick back on the deck with a glass of wine to witness the stunning sunset views.

This home was great! Everything was clean and tidy! The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to make meals. The bathrooms were very nice and remodeled. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well, which was super helpful. We would definitely rebook this property.

Perfect spot!

It’s a home close to the pool like a 1min walk. Short drive to the beach (2mins) Looks like it was recently renovated plus they have a large deck with a grill! You can actually sit outside and enjoy since there’s a nice shade with all the trees ❤️❤️ We loved it!

Nice Stay!

The house was perfect for two people but could accommodate more. The location is great! Close to shopping, grocery stores, gas, and the beach. Overall, I’m very pleased with the Home’s cleanliness, as well as its fully functional and equipped kitchen with all necessary tools to make your stay enjoyable. I also loved the serenity of its location. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful beach house away from home!

Loved the location of this condo inside of Palmetto dunes. Seamless check in and easy communication. About a 10-15min walk to the beach and close walk to bike rental.

1st Timers at Hilton Head

We chose the perfect location. The furniture is what attracted us to the location! Comfortable place to relax after a busy day learning the island. Having 3 recliners in the living room was exactly what we wanted! Beautiful well kept home. I want to just live here!! I will tell all my friends to select Queens Grant 662 next time they are in town. Thank you so much!

Good unit in Queens Grant

Overall, the interior of the unit is great, however, the outside porch is not well maintained, the deck needs pressure washing and there were several wasp and yellow jacket nests. The outdoor shower area was full of leaves so we did not use that entrance. The Unit is a short bike ride from beach access and all of the other amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Great location and clean/updated and comfortable interior.
