  • Vårt helt luftkonditionerade villa på 1210 kvadratmeter innehåller 2 sovrum, 2 badrum och ett fullt utrustat kök med ett vardagsrum, matplats och en hål. Det finns 2 balkonger med en vacker utsikt över utomhuspoolen och friluftsområdet. Lägenheten är utrustad med HD-kabel, två 4K-TV och gratis Wi-Fi. Det finns en uppvärmd inomhuspool och jacuzzi.

    Lägenheten är uppdelad i en A-sida och en B-sida med separata entrédörrar från korridoren. Det finns en annan inre dörr som skiljer dessa två sidor.

    På A-sidan har det nya fullt utrustade köket nya Whirlpool-apparater, en diskmaskin och bänkskivor i granit. Kylskåpet är utrustat med en ismaskin. A-sidan har också ett tvättområde med en ny staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

    I vardagsrummet finns en soffa / vilstol och en 4K TV. Vardagsrummet öppnar mot en stor balkong mot sydost och har utsikt över utomhuspoolen. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en Jamison Resort Madrass och ett eget badrum med dusch och badkar.

    B-sidan har en dörr med en soffa drottning sovhytt, 4K TV och en våt bar. Den B Side sovrummet är 12ft med 20ft med en queen size-säng med en Jamison Resort Madrass. Badrummet B Side har duschkabin, och det finns en balkong utanför sovrummet med utsikt över utomhuspoolen.

    Inköpsavbeställningsförsäkring uppmuntras eftersom det inte finns några återbetalningar för Force Majeure (Guds handlingar). Detta beror på vädermönstrens natur i hans region.

Great space for two couples with comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and decks, thus offering privacy. Kitchen has many amenities and washer/dryer available. Indoor pool with hot tub was often bustling with families with children as it was a Spring break week. Outdoor pool area was great. Surface for pickleball was less than desirable as the bounce was very unpredictable. Great location which was walkable to beach and Coligny area.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The beach was right across the street and the condo had all the beach equipment we needed a long with a wagon to get it there. I am an avid walker and we walked to the lighthouse one day. The grocery store was nearby along with everything else we needed. Pat was available to answer questions quickly. We played pickle ball and sat by the pool. We did not swim but many people were using the indoor pool.It was a wonderful time, I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful family location

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! The unit was wonderfully cleaned before arrival and the location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach!

Great place

We’ve stayed here several times. It’s like home, except for the wonderful indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool, not to mention a short walk to the beach. Everything you need is there for you. Owners are great and there place is awesome!

Great Stay!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

Great Vacation

This was our second stay at this condo and we loved it! There have been some wonderful updates like the floors and the washer/dryer. The condo has everything we could need and is in such a great location. Pat was so helpful in making sure we had all the info we needed.

Fabulous Month on Hilton Head Island

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

Perfect location for beach lovers

Great stay with a very clean condo, full kitchen. Everything you need is there, you could live in this condo. View over the pool from both balconies. Our teenage son enjoyed being in his own (very large) bedroom and his own TV. Within short walking distance of both busy and active Coligny beach but also quieter Alders lane beach. I went jogging in the morning under the shaded path, then finished it off with a dip in the ocean. Repeat in the evening. Intermittent dio in the swimmong pool too. Oh, and there is a free tennis court and piclke ball courts too. bothbot busy bust a crowded beach with

This property exceeded our expectations at every level. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was in great shape and more than adequate for 4 adults. Plenty of bath towels. GE washer/ dryer combo worked well. Videos provided by host were helpful to understanding the operation. Coffee maker brews both Keurig cups and drip filter. Beach gear included a wagon, 5 folding chairs, umbrella, fooball and a few other toys. We brought our own inflatable chairs and a Ninja beach tent. Walk to the beach was easy. 7 minutes for us seniors pulling a cart. Pools both indoor and outdoor as well as the hot tub and outdoor grounds were exceptionally clean. Elevator and baggage carts were a welcome amenity after a previous rental at a nearby complex with a two story walk up.We brought 2 ebikes and stowed then in our truck. We had no need to charge our 750W batteries over the 2 week stay. (No ebikes or batteries allowed inside - facility policy) Bike racks around the property were abundant. Noticed some folks had locked their ebikes outside and were undisturbed.Facility overall was quiet. Met several permanent tenants. All were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Pools were never crowded even during the Heritage Golf Tournament. Pat, the host was very attentive and quick to respond.Used one of two outdoor charcoal grills by the pool. Would definitely book again.

Paradise in Hilton Head!!

This is an awesome condo!! My wife and I stayed for the month of April. The condo has absolutely everything you will ever need. There is all kinds of room in the condo with very comfortable furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook and bake. There is a full set of beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to use to take to the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away! Coligny is also just a short 10 minute walk. It is in a perfect location. This condo is great for a couple or a family as there is all kind of room. Also an indoor and and outdoor pool. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone look for a short or long holiday in Hilton Head!! It was not hard to tell the owners take a lot of pride in their condo. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

Better than imagined

Beautiful condo that’s obviously very well loved by the owners! Tastefully decorated and one of cleanest places we’ve stayed. The kitchen is well equipped and we were pleased to see they even had an air fryer. We traveled with two 17 year old boys so it came in very handy! The beach is just a short walk that was made even easier by using the wagon to tote our chairs (also provided) and cooler down to the beach each day. Would definitely stay again!!
