Make your way up to the second floor using the villa elevator and check yourself into the condo where you are greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms, soft comfortable furnishings, and chic beach style décor.

Relax in the open living area on the plush sectional lounge that sits opposite the 60” Smart TV giving you access to all your favorite streaming apps perfect for a family movie night in.

Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the modern, serve through kitchen with sleek granite benchtops, high-end appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could need.

There is a full size fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a freestanding oven and cooktop, a microwave and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning up giving you more time to relax.

Eat together at the stylish dining area with a table set for six with additional seating up at the breakfast bar or on a warm afternoon slide open the glass doors and sit out on the balcony with a cocktail or two that you can whip up at the wet bar inside.

There are three spacious bedrooms within the condo with each offering comfortable beds topped with soft, quality linen and plenty of storage space to unpack and make yourselves at home.

The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed that sits opposite the big screen TV and armoire as well as an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy your coffee each morning.

The second queen bedroom also offers and ensuite bathroom and its own private balcony where you can slide the door open and let the cool ocean breeze in while you catch up on work at the dedicated workspace with access to free WiFi and cable to keep you connected.

Perfect for families, the third bedroom is filled with a twin and a bunk with two full beds so the kids can stay together and have their own seaside slumber party each night.

Amazing stay, property is wonderful as described

Our stay at John’s place was amazing. The property and location were perfect, as described. We were pleasantly surprised with the large bedrooms. We traveled with four adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This location has easy neighborhood access to the beach across the street. It was also convenient to hop in the car or take bikes 2 minutes down to park at coligny beach access and the low country celebration park. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone! We hope to come back again next year.
