Spacious Condo in the heart of Harbor Town!

Your perfect vacation begins when you walk out the door of this newly renovated condo into the Harbour Town marina with its boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, racquet club offering tennis and pickleball, famous PGA tournament golf course, and the iconic red and white lighthouse.

The spacious 1-BR sleeps up to four guests. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and a large picture window that comes with blackout curtains for late sleepers. The open concept living space has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and a dining area that seats four. Sliding glass doors open to a peaceful balcony for sitting with drinks and snacks. The galley kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space and comes fully equipped. Hardwood floors throughout except for the tiled bathroom with a combination shower/tub.

Ketch Court is close to all that Sea Pines has to offer. Park you car in the provided spaces, walk to the swimming pool or hop on your rented bicycle and ride to the Salty Dog at South Beach Marina, to Lawton Stables or to one of the "best beaches in the world" voted on by the readers of Conde Nast. The location can't be beat and the condo provides a quiet sanctuary when you need a break from all the fun!

Location Location Location

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the condo located in the Sea Pines Resort area in Harbour Town, SC! Condo was very nice for 2 people and the location was more than we could expect-within walking distance to the lighthouse and MANY fabulous places to eat and meet new people! Communication with the owner was very easy. Would highly recommend! Oh, and it has an elevator which made it easy for someone with mobility issues! Thank you for opening up your condo for us to use and hopefully many others to come!!

Short walk to Marina

We had never stayed at Sea Pines before. Directions to the condo could have been more detailed. And We were frustrated with the guards entering Sea Pines. They gave us a single day pass instead of a week. We told her we were checking in. So we had to pay $29 instead of $20. We tried to get the $9.00 back and they refused. The condo was recently renovated. You could still smell the new. Full stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. It was very nice.

Exactly as described on VRBO!

This condo was just what we expected. Great location with walking distance to bike rentals, shopping center, restaurants, and great morning coffee and bakery! The condo is in Sea Pines, right near the lighthouse. The condo was clean and simple. The hair dryer was excellent and not something that was expected!

Excellent location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location was very close to many attractions and it was a very clean unit. Communication was clear and easy and I would highly recommend to anyone interested in exploring Harbor Town and Seapines!

Exceptional Property

We were hesitant to book this property due to the fact it didn’t have any reviews. We are so glad we took the chance and have found our new vacation home when the three of us visit. The apartment was immaculate, the owner, Patrick was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything you need was in the unit (coffee, filters, bath towels, beach towels, games, hair dryer, iron) to name a few. The floor has their own washers and dryers for your convenience . Steps to the Lighthouse, shops, golf, tennis courts, and pool. The unit is large enough for two adults and two children with the use of the sleeper sofa. Furniture is new and unit upgraded nicely. We look forward to our next visit, thank you Patrick!
