    The Space:

    Experience a relaxing vacation in this two-bedroom condominium with a comfortable back deck overlooking the lagoon. Island Club boasts three outdoor swimming pools surrounded by lounge chairs with canopy shades, a shared hot tub, and more! One pool even features in-water chairs to relax and enjoy a cool drink.



    This gated property is nestled in a quiet, forested area away from the city life and crowds. It is located within a short distance of the pristine sandy beaches along the South Carolina coast. Guests have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with modern exercise equipment, a jacuzzi, outdoor tennis courts, a playground, and communal BBQ areas.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, sink, fridge, oven, and stove top. The living room has a flatscreen TV plus excellent views of the swimming pools and tennis courts. Both the primary bedroom and guest bedroom are located on the second floor and include private bath and shower rooms.

    THINGS TO KNOW

    There are no elevators in the buildings.



    The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



    The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and roomy. We loved being within walking distance to the beach and pool. The view of the lagoon was also a nice bonus. Highly recommend this condo!

Family vacation

Always a Favorite Place!

We’ve stayed at Island Club many times and always enjoy it! We’ve stayed at this unit twice now, and it’s a favorite for us! It has every amenity we need—the pool, tennis, basketball, pickleball, and a private beach access! The unit is roomy and well-maintained. We will be back!

Had a great 3 wk stay. Very clean and renovated rental. Only 5 minute walk from room to ocean. Very nice lagoon view from balcony. I will book again! Thanks so much.

Loved it! we will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! Beautiful upgrades to all the bathrooms and floors. Very clean and well taken care of by the owners. We visit Hilton head every year and this is our first time staying in this condo. We had such a great experience! It was the perfect place for a family of five! Our three kids (6, 8, & 11) shared a room and all were happy! We will definitely stay here again!

Master bed was very comfortable! Like so many others said, the beach wagon and chairs were convenient. It does take about 5-7 mins to walk to the beach but not terrible, pool takes under 5 mins. The place was clean! No complaints on our end.

Condo is on the main floor, very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was updated and well designed for a nice stay. The back porch is nice overlooking the pond. Island Club Retreat

We have stayed at The Island Club before (in the time share properties) and this was a treat because it was a larger, townhouse with every possible amenity you’d need. Close enough (5 minute walk) to the beach and accessible to all on the property. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub at the end of the day. My only wish would to have had beach bikes included(although they are available to rent on site) Thanks to the owners for keeping up to date and sharing it!

Great getaway!

It was our first time in Hilton Head and for the space it was perfect for what we needed instead of it being all one level. It was definitely a home away from home feel. The walk was a little far from the beach, but that's because we had kids and a toddler. The only thing I wish the property included was a list of nearby stores and restaurants, but with Google it wasn't that big of a deal, and the beach wagon that was provided was difficult to maneuver because it's old (so I would suggest bringing your own). Comfy beds and pillows! Definitely loved our stay.

Updated and nicely furnished!

My family and I loved this rental. Very clean and updated unit. Unit 120 had everything we needed for the beach including a cart to haul it all. Deck close enough to the lagoon for fishing. The pool was just a short walk away. The beach was a little further walk but not unreasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Well maintained and good location

This home is well maintained and super clean- new sofas (not in the pics on Vacasa), everything was in working order. Renting thru Vacasa was great- the beds were made, towels were in the unit as well as toiletries and items in the kitchen to get the week started which I wasn’t expecting. The unit sits on the lagoon and we got to watch ducks, turtles, fish and even a water snake. Short walk (under 5 minutes) to the pools and beach. The island club staff were all very pleasant! We had a great relaxing week on HHI.

Clean, updated condo with nice amenities

We enjoyed staying here and recommend Island Club as a location. Little walk to beach but not bad. The condo was nice and clean with comfortable beds. One note for those planning their stays. No Keurig in kitchen as in photo, so bring regular coffee fixings. Also, one photo shows daybed in master, but it's in guest. Neither are dealbreakers, but plan accordingly.

Furnishings and interior. New keycode locks. Cart to carry beach gear. Couches were wet from cleaning but very comfy. Disappointed that daybed was removed from Master BR. May return at Christmas. Porch shaded in evening.

Great place to stay!

We had such a great stay! Everything was super clean, beds are comfortable, overall the place was very inviting. We loved that there was a wagon and beach chairs for us to use (especially since we forgot our chairs). They even had a stroller and pack n play. The only minor issue we had was the glass door, we set it to stay open while we brought our bags in and then couldn’t get it to close (probably just us not knowing how to close it & didn’t want to break it trying). But we called maintenance & they came right out and fixed it. We will definitely be booking this room again in the future! Thanks!

Comfortable stay in HHI

This unit has a lot of recent updates, and feels modern in spite of its' age. The mattresses have nice toppers, making them more comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked. Only complaints: - the screen door is mounted incorrectly (direction opposite the entry door) making it difficult to walk in while carrying anything - CFL were all the rage for energy savings... in 2009. Need brighter lights - The thermostat is locked for use between 69F-74F. It got cold at night - wanted to adjust to 75 or 76, but could not.
