Nice Condo Plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable. Close walk to the beach and shops. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Love this location. Property was spacious and updated. Easy parking and checkin. Wasn’t familiar with the door lock but got help and it was easy. Well equipped kitchen . Problem figuring out the tv with two remotes. A guide would have been helpful. Beautiful pool with sun or shade and lots of chairs. Beach chairs available but need to be replaced. Unable to return the key at the lockbox and left the key with HOA president. Everything is nearby and lots to do. We were on a girls trip and wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice condo in a great location

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, was decorated nicely and was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and to all the restaurants in Coligny. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, Quiet place

We enjoyed our stay! Xanadu was quiet and served our needs, close to lots of activities. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, cold in April, but it is in the sun some hours so we were able to swim. Owner was easy to communicate with when we had questions.

This condo has some nice modern updates and all the necessities for a beach trip. There was dehumidifiers in the unit, but still felt musty. Location was easy to walk to the beach even with little kids and the pool was nice and clean.

Convenient location

The condo was clean and met our needs although it could use some general updating. We wished the pool on property had a bathroom nearby. The beach was a short walk and very enjoyable. We had a nice time.

Great Stay

Steve was highly responsive. The condo was clean and was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Bonus that there was a wagon and beach chairs!

The host was excellent and very, very helpful.The kitchen was woefully inadequate for a 6 week stay. For example, there was one frying pan that was corroded with rust and it was necessary for us to purchase one for our stay. We also had to buy kitchen wash clothes and towels because there were only two provided. However, we were very impressed with the security of the grounds and the condo and would consider staying again. We also were very impressed with the neighbors who were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:The location was amazing! The space was fine for how many people came with us. Cons: it was filthy. We cleaned it ourselves and still thought it was filthy. The sliding back door was broken, which Steve told us about on check in day from the people before us, but was given 10 minutes notice about someone to come take a look at it and was going to just let them come in. Broken and rusted beach gear that we couldn’t use with 3 kids so we had to go buy some. Not a big deal except I messaged weeks ago about it so we could just bring our own stuff and was never told about its condition.If I would have known about VRBO’s 24 hours contact to make it right rule, I would have. We most certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

perfect location. East beach access and really appreciated having access to beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Everything we needed was provided. Clean and comfortable unit. Nice patio furniture and enjoyed looking out over greenery and pool in the distance.

The location of this unit was great! A short walk to the beach or to shopping and restaurants down at Coligyn beach. Group said 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great Stay!

We have been to Hilton Head many times before but this was our first time staying at Xanadu Villas. I was impressed by the balcony view and the peaceful setting. The nature area was such that we were able to see an anhinga (bird) and turtles swimming in the lagoon. It was hard to believe that we were so close to everything the South Forest Beach/Coligny area has to offer including the beach! We would definitely stay here again.
